Killas Cottage takes its name from the local stone from which it is built and is found in a tucked-away passageway, with no passing traffic, just moments from the town centre and harbour front. You could stroll down to the harbour with your morning coffee, pick up a fresh croissant along the way and sit on the wall watching the marine activity as everything is within an easy walk.

A gorgeous, terraced 18th Century cottage which has been beautifully modernised inside whilst retaining authentic features such as the exposed stone walls and timber beams, flagstone flooring and the snuggly fireplace with its wood-burning stove. The original wood panelling has been restored effectively to create a traditional yet contemporary feel to the cottage and the two luxurious bathrooms are a delightful mix of bold colour and style.

This old cottage set across three floors, (with steep stairs on each level), has three bedrooms and is ideal for a small family of up to four or for a group of friends wanting to discover the delights of this estuary town. The quirky feel to the cottage ensures character in abundance combined with modern facilities and a great location.

Kitchen/Dining Room: Electric oven, gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, Magimix coffee machine, Bluetooth speaker. Utility cupboard: freezer, washer/dryer and microwave.
Shower Room: Walk-in shower, basin, WC, feature heated towel rail.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1:
Super kingsize bed (6’), may be unzipped to form 2 x singles if requested at the time of booking, bedside units, chest of drawers, hanging rail.
Bedroom 2: Single bed (3’), bedside table, chest of drawers, hanging rail.
Bathroom: Bath with mixer shower, basin, WC, feature heated towel rail.

SECOND FLOOR:
Bedroom 3:
Double bed (4’6” - bookable for one person only), bedside units, chest of drawers, hanging rail, Freeview TV. River glimpses between rooftops. NB – there is limited head height in this room and steep stairs which may be unsuitable for young children so please do consider this when booking.

GARDEN & PARKING: A raised, sun-trap terrace at the rear accessed by metal steps with garden furniture. No private parking but local public parking available nearby.

Pets Welcome: Maximum 1 dog; £25 per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in the rent. Gas-fired central heating, woodburning stove and heated towel rails.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Sorry, not provided at this property.

Cute cottage, well equipped with all three bedrooms generously sized. Comfortable beds and bedding, benefiting from two large bathrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors. A lovely cottage in an excellent location, a stone's throw from the local shops and cafe's. The cottage was well equipped, clean and tidy and felt like a real home away from home. I'd recommend the accommodation to anyone looking to visit Fowey.

Really lovely cottage, clean & comfy. Steps to garden area are not the easiest to use. Certainly not for a dog to climb.

An excellent location! Really in the centre of everything! Would definitely recommend, but not for very young children. Dropping the luggage off without parking at the premises is not the end of the world to be staying in such a central location!

The beds were comfortable and having two bathrooms was a bonus. However, the count yard is not really suitable for dogs, would suggest covering the gaps on the metal steps.
