A lovely, peaceful accommodation in a very private location. No light or noise pollution. Tip from the owner to catch the sunrise was spot on. Absolutely breathtaking. A much needed get away from London. A great location to explore.

A very well fitted-out conversion of a stable, in a modern, but cottagy style. The location, around 600 yards from the main road, makes it a very quiet and peaceful place, even though it is only a short drive to Sudbury and shops. The approach up a long farm track is well maintained and not difficult at all to drive along, certainly no trouble for Read moreus, but a rather more prominent sign or marker would be appreciated at the entrance to the track. The accommodation is warm and well heated, everything being electric. The Wi-Fi is fast and worked perfectly throughout our stay. For those worrying about farm and country smells, the area is virtually all arable farming, and judging by the fields, Suffolk must be the Bread Basket of Britain ! There is plenty to see and do in Suffolk, this was our third visit, so too much to list, but don't miss Lavenham, only a few miles away. Just driving round the countryside is a delight on its own ! Excellent conversion, very clean, stable wif and all amenities you would need. It's a great location (note, very isolated and quiet. With a rough track to the building). Will likely use again. Owners were polite and building well equipped. Highly recommend.

Lovely cottage with super surroundings and view across open fields with marked walks, let down by poor equipment. Difficult stairs for anyone mildly disabled

The long driveway to the property needs urgent attention to fill the many pot holes. No welcome provisions provided eg milk, bread etc. Otherwise a great location and an enjoyable stay.

We had a great holiday and the cottage was ideal for what we wanted, a lovely rural retreat but also with lots of places to visit and beautiful walks nearby. The local wildlife was an added bonus with the swallows flying around most of the day and the skylarks singing away.
