Enjoy a sea-side break at Marina View Townhouse, a stunning newly refurbished holiday home with views of Weymouth Marina and over to the Dorset Countryside beyond. Set over three floors, this lovely property offers families and friends a central base to explore Weymouth harbour and plenty of neighbouring attractions. The ground floor comprises of a newly fitted modern kitchen, complete with nespresso coffee machine and integrated appliances. The open plan nature of the room is sociable and relaxed, with breakfast bar and large dining table with seating for 6 and wall mounted TV. An enclosed courtyard at the rear can be enjoyed all year round, perfect for a spot of alfresco dining!

Put your feet up after a day of exploring in the cosy living room, where you can enjoy views of the sailing boats in Weymouth Marina right across to Radipole Lake beyond. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating with a wall mounted flat screen TV and even an XBOX 360 to keep all ages entertained on rainier days. Also on the first floor is a newly fitted bathroom, complete with large walk in shower and seperate bath. 

Both bedrooms are up on the second floor, the double bedroom at the front of the house shares the same lovely views as the living room beneath. The twin bedroom is just across the hallway. Both bedrooms are immaculately presented and benefit from shared use of a cloakroom with wash hand basin and W.C. 

Marina View Townhouse is in an enviable location just a stone's throw from Weymouth town centre, where you will find an award winning sandy beach, local independent restaurants, the historic Nothe Fort and many more local attractions to keep the family entertained however long your stay.

Beautiful house, very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you could need. Ideal location for leaving the car and exploring on foot. Would definitely visit again.

Excellent property, clean, comfortable, well equipped and in a great location. Our dog settled really well in the dog den and enjoyed the complimentary treats. We had an enjoyable holiday and made the most of the many walks in the area.

Great location - very well equipped property - the only problem we had was the three flights of stairs, to get to the main bedrooms - which was not the properties fault - it reminded us that we are not getting any younger!! Bearing in mind we live in a bungalow

We had a lovely time staying at Marina View Townhouse. It had everything we needed and more. The house was very comfortable with lots of cozy blankets and a welcome pack on arrival.

Marina View is an excellent property. Everything has been thought of and it is spotlessly clean. Everything in walking distance and we had no trouble parking for free outside

We had and excellent stay in Marina View Townhouse. Every you could need for your stay is in this property, including a few fun things like an Xbox and a popcorn maker! There's plenty of mugs and plates and cutlery so some can be in the dishwasher while there are still some left for another cup of tea! All appliances are high quality. Even the coRead moreoks knives are sharp and the frying pan still had a non-stick coating (2 things that even a great property usually struggle with). We took our cat, so she wasn't impressed with the dog treats in the welcome pack! However as she is an indoor cat at home, she loved going out into the enclosed courtyard. Parking can be awkward at times and there's not much storage in the kitchen for store cupboard food. The management service was excellent. The back door lock broke. A maintenance person came the same day, at a convenient time for us, to make the property secure. If you plan on visiting Weymouth,.this is a great place to stay. Hide
