Property code: OC-L30070

Sometimes words are insufficient as the views at Trenoweth take some describing. Astounding, panoramic, incredible and breath-taking do offer some insight into what to expect but there’s nothing quite like the feeling of walking up the steps and standing on the terrace to marvel at all that lays before you.

Trenoweth occupies an elevated position in East Looe with panoramic views of the town, its bustling harbour, bridge crossing and river. Only two minutes from both the beach and the centre of the town, Trenoweth is set on terraces formerly used by fishermen as market gardens, in a tranquil and relaxing location alongside the original historic road into Looe. The sunny aspect across the valley catches spectacular sunsets from the dining terrace.

Pros: Great view, lovely property, clean, very comfortable beds, fluffy towels, well equipped kitchen and lots of space. Very close to the shops and restaurants in East Looe. Cons: Small things, but the shower was made very cramped unnecessarily by strangely designed glass doors, fantastic location but a warning for those travelling by foot, it caRead moren be challenging with the steep climbs and descents (much easier if you come by car and the cottage does have a parking space) Hide

Everything about it was cheap & dreary. 1 loo for 3 bedrooms. We stayed just one night having booked & paid for 3. Country Cottages didnt even bother to respond to my voice message. One piece of advice - dont go!!

We loved the cottage. The weather was quite nice on a couple days and it would have been nice to sit on verander, but the chairs had been put away.

The property has stunning views overlooking Looe. It is truly a home from home. Lovely sized bedrooms, with extremely comfy beds. Short walk from the town centre. Where this property is situated people with mobility problems may find the steep road hard to walk up. Such a wonderful property which could accommodate us at such short notice. Fabulous house, great location, beautiful views. A real home from home with everything you need. It is our second stay here and would definitely stay again. It is up a steep hill which doesnt get any easier to walk up but thankfully it is only a short distance up and gave us a workout each day.
