The South West Coastal Path which covers thirty six miles of beautiful coastline runs alongside and Saunton Golf Club with its thirty six hole championship course is just minutes away.

With high quality furnishings and superbly presented in a contemporary style throughout, you will enjoy excellent accommodation. The open plan living room has full width patio doors opening onto a spacious south facing balcony. What a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the fantastic views over this surfer's paradise and family friendly beach. The gleaming kitchen area is complemented by granite/composite work surfaces and has plenty of storage, and the stylish bedrooms are carpeted for comfort and enjoy lovely sea views. The double room benefits from an en suite bath/shower, WC and basin with chrome fittings,  and the twin is served by a separate family bathroom, fully tiled and with chrome fittings. If you can tear yourself away from those amazing panoramic views, a footpath leads directly from the communal gardens down to the beach, where for long leisurely days spent by the sea you are also able to hire a beach hut. The village of Croyde with its pretty thatched cottages or the bustling village of Braunton are both nearby and offer a great choice of pubs, shops and restaurants. For golf enthusiasts a short stroll will find you at the Saunton Sands championship golf course, open to non members. Exceptional apartment with everything you could possibly want for a home from home. The living room was very comfortable and the kitchen is fantastic with all modern appliances that are easy to use and every utensil/plates and glasses that you could name are supplied. Beds are super comfy and the 2 bathrooms were very clean and again easy to use. TRead morehe balcony area was divine..the view WOW!! We spent Christmas at No 10 and it has been the best Christmas ever due to the welcoming apartment and the easy to walk to Beach!! Private parking and electric gates for security was an added bonus..oh and the whole apartment is on 1 floor also!! We cannot fault this apartment and would highly recommend to anyone and this is an honest Review..Superb!! Hide

This flat has the benefit of being all on one level, unlike others within the complex which are duplex. The view and access to the beach are the selling points for this flat which is very comfortable and has all the 'mod cons' needed for a great stay whatever the weather. We had a great week's stay.

Excellent apartment with easy access to beach, walks and the Beach Side Grill for food and drinks. Worth the money just to sit on the balcony with its amazing views over the beach.

We very much enjoyed our recent stay at 10 Oceanpoint. The location and view is outstanding, with easy access to the beach and coastal walks and good shops only a couple of miles away. We would definitely go again.

Location, location, location! Amazing view of Saunton Sands from this superb apartment. High standard throughout, very comfortable stay. Good bedding, towels, facilities etc. Secure parking. Enjoyed a very relaxing stay and long walks on the clean and sandy beach. Fabulous view to wake up to! Absolutely recommend.
