High Tide is a spacious modern apartment complete with its own mooring on the estuary with electric hook up. There are beautiful views over the estuary towards the railway line where you can often see the steam train running. This well-equipped apartment is light and airy with plenty of space to comfortably enjoy your seaside break. Whatever your interests there is something for everyone, walks along the pier enjoying the renowned fish and chips, walk up the 199 steps to the famous Whitby Abbey, or travel a little further and experience the beauty of the North York Moors with its quaint villages with the very best Yorkshire produce and of course restaurants and tea rooms too numerous to mention.

Communal Entrance: Take the stairs or lift up to the second floor and walk over the covered walkway.
Entrance hallway: 
Door leads to a spacious hallway with doors to all rooms.
Lounge Kitchen Diner: This room has a beautiful view over the estuary and across to the railway track where you can see the steam trains running. Furnished with a large snuggle armchair, a three person sofa with matching pouffe, a nest of tables, a large Smart TV with Netflix and freesat on a stand, complemented with a charming dresser.  The dining area boasts a smart round glass topped table with four matching chairs. 
The kitchen area has everything you could need to make a lovely meal to enjoy while watching the boats sail down towards the sea. There is an electric oven and hob with a hood over, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher and all the equipment needed to enjoy your holiday.
Bedroom One: A very spacious room with views over the estuary. Elegantly furnished room with a super king sized bed, with luxurious Egyptian cotton bed linen.  You will also find plenty of storage with a wardrobe, dressing table and bedside cabinet with lamps.  From the chair you can look out and watch the tide flow in and out.
Bedroom Two:  Another spacious room with twin thee foot beds separated by a bedside cabinet with lamp. Again there is plenty of storage with a large wardrobe and a dressing table with stool.
Bathroom: A light spacious room with a panelled bath having electric shower over and folding glass shower screen, WC, and wash hand basin.
Mooring: The property boasts a secure mooring with electric hook up less than 100 meters from the front door.

Pets: 1 small to medium sized dog welcome.
Parking: Private off-road designated parking.
Heating: The apartment is heated throughout with electric heating.
Short Breaks: Accepted all year round.

Perfect clean property, Quiet fantastic location overlooking the river & boats with an easy walk into the hustle & bustle of Whitby, where there are a whole choice of Pubs, Restaurants, eateries & Chip Shops. Its a 2 minute drive to Sainsbury's for any essentials or Cash Machine. (As alot of places used cash only in Whitby though no cash machines tRead moreo get cash strangely) Would definitely return again & recommend to friends & family, as it was the ideal location. Our 6 yr old girl also really enjoyed it as did our dog. Hide

Beautiful apartment beside the river, about 10 minutes walk into the main area, reserved parking space right outside the door. Clean and very comfortable with the bonus of a reclining sofa and a 1pm check-in. Would very happily stay here again.

Convenient and comfortable flat, nice to be able to walk to the town or even take the bus. Bonus was having a dedicated parking spot just outside. Would definitely stay again

We had a lovely week at High Tide with our 2 dogs. The apartment is lovely with great views over the estuary and a short walk into the town. Great dog friendly restaurants and cafes in the area. High Tide is a great base for exploring Whitby and surrounding area.

An excellent property in a great location 10 minutes walk to the town. Having on site parking with a reserved space is a great bonus. A great location for dogs with a short Riverside walk directly outside and a nature reserve walk directly accessed from the development. All equipment was in good order and the kitchen has everything you could need.

The apartment was in a fabulous location with lovely views, and it was very well equipped. Communication throughout was really good. The little welcome pack was a lovely touch. However we found the bed uncomfortable and we were quite unhappy with the cleanliness of the bathroom, it really needed a deep clean.
