Situated overlooking Swanage Bay, 7 Penlu is on the third floor of a modern purpose-built apartment building in an elevated position and offers a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay within easy reach of the town, and panoramic sea views. Framed by a generous feature bay window, the views of the bay are breathtaking - you can't help but sit and gaze from the dining table, across the blue water to Ballard Down and Old Harry rocks beyond. The apartment is comfortable and clean, with an open plan and sociable living and dining room. The adjoining kitchen is modern and well-equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The property benefits from two modern tiled bathrooms, the master bedroom has use of its own en-suite shower room, while the twin bedroom has access to the family bathroom just down the hall. Looking for a larger place, or for more guests to join you - this property could be booked with no 6 Penlu, which sleeps 3 - it is on the same level three of the apartment building.

Within just a short walk you are right in the centre of Swanage town, with plenty to see and do whatever the season. The sandy beach and pretty coloured beach huts are just a stroll away. Enjoy a traditional fish and chip supper or even hop on the steam railway to see Corfe Castle. Swanage provides a perfect year-round springboard for all manner of walking and outdoor activities around the Isle of Purbeck and the Jurassic Coast.

A very nice flat that is situated well and has a beautiful view that embraces the sea. Would be very happy to stay here again if visiting Swanage.

Really comfortable, well equipped and clean apartment in a location conveniently near to the centre of Swanage and with a fantastic view across to Old Harry Rocks.

Beautifully well presented apartment. Nicely furnished and kitted out with everything that you could require. Love the matching crockery and cutlery sets as these are often mismatch in houses you rent. The view is amazing. The bed was very comfortable. Felt very much at home here. Thank you. This flat has the wow factor the view is absolutely stunning. The flat was spotless with everything you need for a holiday let . It was in a quiet location and was spacious and comfortable. The only little niggle was it got extremely hot but opening the sash windows from the top rectified this . The pint of milk and the few tea bags and coffe sacheRead morets and of course the cookies were a lovely touch . I would definitely recommend this flat . And also it is quite a steep hill up to the flat it certainly kept my fitness levels up . . Hide

I would prefer bit bigger towels for bathroom . Fan didn't work in the bathroom . Few fans wood be nice for bedroom . .and to lots of keys would be nice if you had 2 couples coming staying . Flat was lovely and vues amazing from lounge window .

Clean, comfortable and well-equipped flat in a great location with a fantastic view. We had a good few days there and slept well without any noise disturbance. The only (minor) drawback is that its a very tight space to access the en-suite bathroom. We managed fine but we are small people ! Would definitely stay there again though.

The apartment is lovely, very homely and has an amazing view of Swanage. We found it to be lovely and clean and had everything we needed. Our little one enjoyed staying there and the property was child friendly. The car park was a bit tight for us (our car is very long), but manageable and caused us no issues. We had a very nice stay.
