This ground-floor apartment has a lovely, secluded patio-perfect for enjoying a morning coffee in the sunshine, with a cosy seating area that looks out over the beach. You can walk straight from the apartment to the beach to surf, swim, or explore rock pools along the shoreline. The golden sands stretch for three miles all the way to Woolacombe, where you’ll find charming shops, tearooms, and pubs. Walking enthusiasts will love the many nearby trails, including the South West Coast Path. Within a mile are the villages of Georgeham, with two pubs, and the picturesque seaside village of Croyde, which has shops, tearooms, pubs, and is a hotspot for surfers. Golf lovers can head to Saunton Sands Golf Club, open to visitors and featuring 36 holes of championship links.

Part of a group of apartments, this one is on the ground floor. Step inside, leave your sandy shoes or muddy boots in the porch, and relax in the lounge on the comfy sofa and chairs while enjoying a movie on the Smart TV. Open the patio doors to let in the fresh sea air as you enjoy your popcorn. The kitchen is fully equipped to whip up a hearty breakfast or your favorite meal. There are two bedrooms: a double bedroom and 2’6” twin beds (but can be made up into king-size zip-and-link on request). The apartment also has a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.

Outside, there are two seating areas, one with a sea view. There’s a patio table and chairs for alfresco dining or enjoying a morning coffee before heading to the communal heated swimming pool right next door. If you prefer the sea, the beach is just a short stroll away!

We love putsborough and this is the perfect home away from home for our family. This was our second visit to the flat and we will be back. It has everything you could need. Laura is the perfect host and went over and above to make sure we have everything we needed for our twins. 5*

flat 19 was cozy and homely the carparking space was far away but for my disabled wife but it was easy enough to drop her off and the luggage and then park quickly. the views were breathtaking from the slope down to the patio door. the bedrooms were lovel. and the kids loved the pool and my youngest learnt to swim without months of swimming lesons.Read more would definitely stay here again. the beaches beautiful and we would always try to guess how many cars we would pass on the single take road. thank you so much for a memorable holiday Hide

We had a great week in this lovely cottage. Pool.is really close and we even sometimes had the pool to ourselves. Short walk down to the amazing Putsborough beach and great walks from the flat. I really recommend this accommodation!

Perfect stay for our family. Hours spent in the pool and on the beach. The flat is homely, clean and comfortable, equipt with everythig you could need for adults and kids. Laura is lovely and helpful.

Despite the issue with the washing machine (owner offered to pay for Laundrette) We all had a great time, thanks for providing alternative parking for the works that took place in the car park. As for the apartment is very clean, well equipped, I always bring key things (sharp Global knife, chopping board ice tray & peeler) although this propertyRead more doesnt have a view but just take a step outside patio at sunset thats a enough for me to come back. For me the added side access made a huge difference for me, as steps becoming challenging due to injury last year. We drove to the beachfront 9 per day. My partner & in-laws went for an evening stroll down to the beach when I was using the swimming pool. The pool cover has to be removed manually to use the pool (key to pool door is provided). Top tip read flat instructions as all information is there that you need to know including pool key & WiFi info. If you want a quiet place to stay near a good clean beach & swimming pool this a must place location in North Devon. Thanks for the Rose wine. Hide

Had an excellent stay , the property was excellent we did not arrive till after 9pm but the property was very clean , warm and welcoming, it was well equipped and the owners had thought of everything! We usually stay at Croyde but decided to try Putsborough, so know the area quite well ! We enjoyed the coastal walks to Woolacombe and sampled the deRead morelights of the The Porthole ! The swimming pool was excellent also and we used every day . We would definitely recommend to all our family and friends and we will definitely look to return. The apartment is super! Very well equipped with everything you need. The quality of the fixtures, fittings, bedding and overall apartment is second to none! There are some steps down to the apartment but there is a sloping pathway too for access via the patio. We loved it and will go back. Peace and quiet!

We have just returned from a weeks stay in this property as a family with two young children. The location is exceptional, for what we thought is the best beach locally. Equally having the pool was perfect for those days where the weather wasnt great. The apartment is very well kept, with loads of equipment to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Perfect apartment for easy access to the beach and walks along the coast. The complex itself whilst busy never felt over full even when we had spells of rain and people moved the shared pool. There was step free access from the car parks to the apartment if needed although some of the slopes a little steep, although still managed by a 2 year olRead mored on a mission!
