Ground floor apartment with a secluded patio to enjoy relaxing with a morning coffee in the warm sunshine, and a perfect little seating area with views over to the beach. Walk down to the beach from your apartment and enjoy the surf, swim and other water sports on offer, or enjoy rock pooling along the rocky shoreline. The beautiful golden sands stretch 3 miles all the way over to Woolacombe, where you can stroll around the shops, tearooms and pubs. Walking enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice being surrounded by so many stunning walks, including the South West Coastal path. Within a mile are the villages of Georgeham, with two pubs, and the pretty seaside village of Croyde, which has shops, tearooms and pubs and is a mecca for surfers. Golf lovers can head off to Saunton Sands Golf Club which is open to visitors and has 36 holes of beautiful championship links.

Part of a group of apartments, you will find this one on the ground floor. As you step into the apartment you can leave your sandy shoes or muddy boots in the porch and walk through to the lounge, relax on the comfy sofa and chairs and enjoy a movie with your loved ones on the Smart TV. Open up the patio doors and enjoy the sea air as you eat your popcorn. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a hearty breakfast or a favourite recipe. There are two bedrooms, a double bedroom and a king-size zip-n-link bedroom (can be made into 2.6ft twin beds on request). Completing the apartment is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.

Outside are two areas with seating, with one boasting a sea view. There is a patio table with chairs to dine alfresco or enjoy a morning coffee before you go for a swim in the communal heated swimming pool directly next to your apartment. Or if you like to swim in the sea, then this is a short stroll down the slope to the stunning beach.

Had an excellent stay , the property was excellent we did not arrive till after 9pm but the property was very clean , warm and welcoming, it was well equipped and the owners had thought of everything! We usually stay at Croyde but decided to try Putsborough, so know the area quite well ! We enjoyed the coastal walks to Woolacombe and sampled the deRead morelights of the The Porthole ! The swimming pool was excellent also and we used every day . We would definitely recommend to all our family and friends and we will definitely look to return. The apartment is super! Very well equipped with everything you need. The quality of the fixtures, fittings, bedding and overall apartment is second to none! There are some steps down to the apartment but there is a sloping pathway too for access via the patio. We loved it and will go back. Peace and quiet!

We have just returned from a weeks stay in this property as a family with two young children. The location is exceptional, for what we thought is the best beach locally. Equally having the pool was perfect for those days where the weather wasnt great. The apartment is very well kept, with loads of equipment to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Perfect apartment for easy access to the beach and walks along the coast. The complex itself whilst busy never felt over full even when we had spells of rain and people moved the shared pool. There was step free access from the car parks to the apartment if needed although some of the slopes a little steep, although still managed by a 2 year olRead mored on a mission! Great location for Putsborough beach and the coastal footpath. The swimming pool on site is an added bonus. Comfortable apartment.
