2 At The Beach is part of the transformed and former 'Torcross Hotel' situated on the fringe of Slapton Sands beach, the properties have been beautifully refurbished to a high standard and are only a few meters away from the main beach. The location of the apartment means you are a stone's throw away from the local pub Start Bay Inn so you can enjoy Fish 'n' Chips on the beach on a sunny evening or treat yourself to a meal in the Church House Inn at the next village along in Stokenham. 

The apartment itself is a ground floor stylish property benefiting from a private outdoor terrace, with spectacular views of the beach and views over to Start Bay. 2 At The Beach has two bedrooms, the master has an ensuite bathroom, there is an additional family bathroom, an open plan kitchen/diner and a lovely lounge with french doors leading to the private terrace.

Additional vehicles can park in the area opposite the Duckery (known as the Triangle) or in the pay to park car park 100 meters away.

Changeover Day Saturday - Arrival 4:00pm - Departure 10:00am

Security Deposit This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Original Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Pets Welcome Maximum of 1 Pet; £25 per pet per week

Power and Heat Gas Central Heating and Electricity included in rent. Heated Towels in both bathrooms.

Excellent apartment, couldnt ask for a better position with patio looking out to sea. We have stayed here for many many years and love the place. Great position for travelling around the South Hams or you can stay local and relax and eat locally. The apartment is very comfortable and clean and you have everything you need for a lovely holiday.

Prior to arriving we received very clear instructions as directions, access codes and intricacies with relation to codes ref access. On entering the apartment how fantastic it was to have refreshments available. As we unpacked the attention to detail throughout the accommodation it could be seen that a great deal of thought had been taken with respRead moreect to providing required to ease the use and aid anyone staying. Infact we felt when it became time to leave that we probably could have stayed for much longer. To sum our stay, the highest accolade we could say is that we would look to stay again in the future. We have been staying at 2 At The Beach for 13 years now. The apartment is lovely, has everything you need, always very clean and well kept and of course its very dog friendly, even to supplying us with dog treats, towels and bowls. The location of this property is its main selling point, as the name suggests it is literally on the beach. The property is well equipped and ideal for a couple or a family with young children.

As a family of four, we had a really great time across the week. The property had everything we needed and more. Very quiet and close to the beach. We enjoyed the sunrises on the terrace. Would highly recommend.
