2 At The Beach is part of the transformed and former 'Torcross Hotel' situated on the fringe of Slapton Sands beach, the properties have been beautifully refurbished to a high standard and are only a few meters away from the main beach. The location of the apartment means you are a stone's throw away from the local pub Start Bay Inn so you can enjoy Fish 'n' Chips on the beach on a sunny evening or treat yourself to a meal in the Church House Inn at the next village along in Stokenham. 

The apartment itself is a ground floor stylish property benefiting from a private outdoor terrace, with spectacular views of the beach and views over to Start Bay. 2 At The Beach has two bedrooms, the master has an ensuite bathroom, there is an additional family bathroom, an open plan kitchen/diner and a lovely lounge with french doors leading to the private terrace.

Additional vehicles can park in the area opposite the Duckery (known as the Triangle) or in the pay to park car park 100 meters away.

Changeover Day Saturday - Arrival 4:00pm - Departure 10:00am

Security Deposit This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Original Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Pets Welcome Maximum of 1 Pet; £25 per pet per week

Power and Heat Gas Central Heating and Electricity included in rent. Heated Towels in both bathrooms. 

Bedding and Linen Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay (Please bring your own beach towels).

Lovely apartment. We know it well as stay every year for over 20 years, apart from last year due to circumstances when we stayed next door. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed and you couldn't wish for a better place to sit and look out to sea. Our dog enjoyed the walks along the beach and the Ley.

If you want a relaxing time by the sea, 2 At the Beach is great. An amazing view from the lounge, even on wet and windy days. The apartment has every amenity you could require, even a cork screw.. The bath and shower were lovely, the kitchen had a great range of appliances and even washer/dryer facilities. All together a great property.

Wonderful location, with view across the bay. Short stroll to the pub with gorgeous food and for breakfast lunch and coffee a superb bistro.

Fabulous apartment in a great location, very well equipped with everything we needed. Loved the dishwasher as this is not often offered in rentals. Had 1 minor issue on arrival - owners responded immediately and was quickly solved which is fab service. Had a wonderful break with great weather / would like to come back

A really lovely property in an excellent location with easy access to the beach and pedestrian promenade. Apartment is really comfortable and has everything you need.
