5 Rone Apartments could not be better placed to enjoy the sheltered sandy and rocky beach in Combe Martin, the South West Coast Path and Exmoor National Park. Situated right in the centre of the village, this second floor apartment has a bright and airy feel.  The open plan lounge/kitchen/ diner is spacious with plenty of comfortable seating as well as a large dining table and chairs. The kitchen area has patio doors leading out onto a balcony which has enough space for a small table and chairs. The large master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and there is a further bedroom with twin beds and a family bathroom which has a shower over the bath. Outside, there is an off-street private parking space for one car and a lift, plus 8 steps to get into the apartment. Once inside, the apartment is all on one level.

Combe Martin beach is just a short stroll from 5 Rone Apartments, where children and adults alike will enjoy relaxing on the sand or exploring the rock pools. The popular Grade II Listed Pack O’ Cards Inn is very close by and there is a general store/post office in the village. Combe Martin is well known for its Wildlife and Dinosaur Park – a 28-acre visitor attraction that has a genuine passion for encouraging a respect for the natural world. As well as lions, wolves, sea lions, monkeys, wallabies, exotic birds and more, the park is renowned for its impressive life sized animatronic dinosaurs! Just a leisurely 30 minute drive away, you will discover the area’s three surfing resorts – Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde; while in the other direction, you’ll reach the stunning villages of Lynton and Lynmouth.

The apartment was as described and we felt very relaxed and comfortable there. We didn't mind not having a lift available but people who struggle with their mobility would find the steep staircases difficult. The only downside for us was the several trips up and down the stairs and then walking back and forward to the parking space around the back Read moreof the building when packing and unpacking the car (admittedly we don't travel light!) but it certainly got us fit for the gorgeous North Devon coastal path climbs. The biggest compliment we can give a place is whether we would stay again and we definitely would. Hide

A great size flat with a well equipped kitchen and good internet for a holiday let. Let down by the level of mould, grime and cobwebs on and around each of the window frames and corners of rooms. A deep clean/bleach of all of these areas is well overdue. A surprising amount of road noise too.

This was a very comfortable & clean property. It was well equipped & felt very homely, in an excellent location for walking down to Coombe Martin Beach & the Pack O Cards Pub for dinner! Communication with the caretaker was easy & he made us feel very welcome. We had a lovely time & would definitely stay again.

Superb appartment. Very spacious and comfortable and exceptionally clean. Good quality everything and plenty of crockery cutlery etc. The new lift installation will be an added bonus. Excellent position with safe parking. Five minute walk to beach. Good contact with lovely housekeeper.

Beautiful, spacious flat, very well equipped, comfy bed. Great location within walking distance of Combe Martin beach and close to Ilfracombe. We had a wonderful time and felt really at home. Thank you very much. :-)

Very well situated property to explore North Devon. Lovely bright & spacious apartment with a good view of Combe Martin bay - really good to watch a sunset from! Nice balcony to see the sunset too. Accommodation was cleaned to a good standard and we would recommend it to friends & family
