Morvah - meaning a place by the sea - is a two bedroomed, ground-floor, duplex apartment in an attractive property set in the truly magical location of Porthcurno. With a lovely, relaxed, seaside feel, this property is just a short walk from one of the most spectacular beaches in Cornwall. The Minack Open Air Theatre, carved out of the natural rock on the cliff edge, is close by where you can watch a performance with the sea as a magnificent backdrop.  The Logan Rock Inn is great for evening meals and to try out Cornish ale. The Porthcurno beach cafe is just a 3 minute walk away, ideal for a cream tea. The Porthcurno Telegraph Museum is also located in the valley and well worth a visit. The perfect family or couples accommodation with a furry friend.

GROUND FLOOR:
Living Room: With a comfortable corner sofa, wing chair and footstool. Wall-mounted Smart TV and DVD player. French doors leading to south- facing garden.
Kitchen/Dining Room: Country-style kitchen/diner, the kitchen includes a Belfast sink and granite work surfaces. Plus an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave,  Nespresso coffee machine and washer/dryer. There is also a dining table and chairs.
Cloakroom: With hand wash basin and WC.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: A spacious room with a king size bed (5'), chest of drawers, wardrobe and dressing table with mirror.
Bedroom 2: Another great size, sunny room with twin beds (3'), side tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
Shower room: With a double shower cubicle, full mirrored vanity space, basin, heated towel rail and WC.

GARDEN AND PARKING: There is a charming terraced garden behind the property with south-facing views, rattan sofa, chairs a parasol and a charcoal barbecue. Large front garden with picnic bench and parasol. Two reserved parking spaces outside property.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pet Welcome: Maximum 1 dog; £25 per week. Information about bringing your pet.
Heating: Wi-Fi provided, electric heating throughout.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

This apartment was beautifully located and appointed. It had a lovely welcoming feeling, with fresh flowers and lots of natural light. It was quiet, clean and spacious. We loved being there and appreciated the well resourced kitchen.

Superb flat with a lovely sun trap terrace. Perfect location for the beach, for walks and being out and about in West Penwith.

This is a lovely flat in a great location. The patio in the morning is a real sun trap. Its very peaceful and so quiet at night that we slept really well.
