A superbly located house very close to the beach and the Sole Bay Inn and a short walk from the high street. There are lots of different rooms for members of the group to escape to or work in if necessary. It ticks many different boxes.

Wonderful location and property. We enjoyed a fabulous week with a multigenerational family group. There was space for everyone to do their own thing. The welcome gifts and flowers were a very nice touch. We would hope to visit again.

My partner and I had a fabulous week here. The house is amazing and is located a two minute walk from the heart of Southwold. The house has been very tastefully decorated and the nicest master bedroom we have ever had from a holiday home. Everything had been well thought through. The garden was perfect for our dog, completely enclosed and secureRead more. It is ideal for families or groups of friends. We will definitely visit again Hide

Fantastic house in a fantastic location with a glorious garden ( an extra delight in Southwold) Cannot fault it. Worked perfectly for us. Extra reception rooms meant there were no clashes over TV/ Board games etc. We loved the room behind the dining room. It was a perfect games room in the evening whilst my husband watched TV downstairs. Bedrooms Read moregood sizes and the laundry room was a fantastic bonus. The warmth from the hot water system meant we could wash and dry clothes easily. We are a 3 generational group with the oldest 64 and youngest 11. It really worked for us. Harder I imagine with very young children , or very old. Lots of stairs and the fire doors(I understand are essential) but the are 'sharp' to close. Special mention to the gardener who left beautiful flowers in 3 rooms and also David who sorts bits and bobs including the bins and was a fountain of knowledge. Hide

A beautiful, clean, well appointed and perfectly positioned holiday home. Easy parking and a mature, private rear garden made our stay here a real treat. All rooms were expertly presented making our family feel both welcomed and special as soon as we walked through the door. An ideal place to stay in one of the UKs best seaside towns.

This was a very comfortable house - although the lack of carpets and rugs made it noisy for our family of 5. The location was superb as was the garden, and the large number of rooms made it easy to find space for different pursuits such as the jigsaw, games room, working, etc.
