Perfectly equipped for families, this quaint yet delightfully furnished cottage offers a fantastic bolthole for four guests. On the ground floor there is a sitting room, a small but perfectly formed kitchen, and a small sunroom/dining area which leads out onto a small courtyard with garden furniture. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms – one with twin and one with double bed; the master bedroom enjoys a view of the lighthouse whilst the twin has views over East Green. There is also a family bathroom upstairs with shower, WC and basin.
Situated on East Green, the property benefits from being just a short walk to the beach front with the delightful, candy coloured beach huts and Southwold Pier and arcades, offering fun for the whole family. From the front door you can look up to see the lighthouse! The nearest pub, Sole Bay Inn, is just a minute walk away. The layout of this property means it is perfect for families, couples, or a couple just looking for a little more space for their stay!

Bedroom 1: Double bedroom at the rear of the property, with lighthouse views. Double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, and hooks. Please note bed only has access at one side.
Bedroom 2: Twin room, at the front of the property with views of East Green. Two single beds, bedside tables, chest of drawers, and two built in wardrobes.
Bathroom: Shower, WC and basin
Shared Courtyard: Small low fenced courtyard, the courtyard has shared access with the neighbours behind (6A). The garden area has a small fence to define our designated space and the furniture in this area is for our guests use only. Garden furniture. A bike could be secured in this area, or alternatively brought into the conservatory area at the back of the property.
Parking: On-street parking in nearby streets
Heating: Gas central heating. Fireplace not in use.
Pets: 1 pet allowed

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!
