Location doesn’t get much better than this! Situated just set back from Southwold beach on East Cliff and looking down over the brightly coloured beach huts, this holiday accommodation benefits from unrivalled stunning sea views across the Southwold coastline and across to the pier.

Inside, you’ll find light and spacious accommodation for four guests. The two good sized bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin, provide the ideal set up for a special family break to this desirable coastal town. The master bedroom boasts those magnificent sea views, imagine opening the blinds and enjoying your morning coffee looking out at the sea. A large, wall to wall, window in the sitting/dining room again means you can truly appreciate the panoramic sea views.

This beach front flat is separated from the beach only by a footpath which leads down to the beach. The accommodation is set over the ground floor with kitchen, living/dining room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom all on one level. The kitchen is a modern space, small but perfectly formed with everything you need for whipping up some home-cooked meals. The kitchen leads to a shared courtyard at the rear of the property; it’s quite the sun trap and is equipped with table and chairs. There is also a small storage space available.

Perfectly equipped for families, you’re sure to make lasting memories here. Being so close to the beach, the pier and the many independent shops, cafes, and restaurants – you won’t be short of something to do here!

What are you waiting for? Get your bucket and spades at the ready!

What we love about this property? You really will have prime positioning here at this beach front flat. There’s nothing quite like having the sea on your doorstep and breathing in that fresh sea air.

Accommodation is all on one level, in this ground floor flat.

Southwold Pier Area - It is often said that nothing changes in Southwold. However, the much-acclaimed pier was rebuilt in 2001 and was the first to be constructed in England in over fifty years. It now fits in well with the painted beach huts, promenade and colourful flowerbeds. There is a shop, cafes and an alternative amusement arcade there. The selection of properties' hereabouts makes it an ideal location to stay in Southwold if you require quiet accommodation that is also close to the beach, town centre and the many footpaths across the marshes leading you to the less explored areas of the town.

Rather steep step at back of property made it difficult for husband (who has Parkinsons) to negotiate. Otherwise very happy

A beautiful flat right on the seafront, extremely well equipped with everything we needed. We had a lovely week, so relaxing, in a beautiful place. We visited all the lovely pubs, had great walks. Most of all loved just sitting on the terrace in the mornings watching the sea. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect right on the prom by the beach and shops. Our boys 9 and 7 loved going up to Gun Hill and cycling over to Walberswick. The sunrises were spectacular - sitting in bed with a cup of tea watching the sun come up over the ocean was very special. Very well equipped kitchen, small but perfectly formed!

We love the flat for its location and it is reasonably comfortable. We preferred our summer stay as windows and door very drafty during the winter. However taking elderly mother and wheelchair - perfect for access to town and her favourite Sole Bay Inn. Will be back.

Really loved the property, perfect for our elderly mother who loves watching the world go by'. Great access to town - I expect parking difficult in busy months but we managed to find off street parking ok at this time. No hesitation on returning when there is an opportunity.

Fabulous property on the promenade, overlooking the sea. Sit on the bench or in the window, watching the world go by!! Just round the corner from the shops and the Lord Nelson. Highly recommend.

Great location, and perfect for a short stay . Bathroom is disappointing and the shower underpowered . I would want to know that the shower improved before fully recommending this property

A lovely property in a fantastic seaside location with magical views out to sea and a wonderful beach.. The town of Southwold has everything that is needed for young and old alike. Parking was no problem at the time of year we were there.

A delightful flat in with incredible views over the entire bay. Location wise it was perfect, being just a short walk to both the beach and the High Street. Having restricted mobility it was perfect for me as it was on one floor. We had a most enjoyable break there and look forward to going again in the not too distant future.

The flat is right on East Cliff passage so everyone passing is very close to the window of the main room and most people tend to look in as they pass. The lovely bit is that you can sit at the table and watch the sea so it would spoil the view if there was a blind as in the bedroom. Is there anything that can be done so that tenants can see out bRead moreut passers by can't see in? Hide
