GARDEN & PARKING: Pretty, paved terrace with garden seating anddecked area which is fully enclosed. One allocated private parking space in communal car park.

The cottage is lovely and has everything needed for a comfortable holiday including two bathrooms and three toilets and you also have a dedicated parking space. It's a short walk to town or to Porthmeor beach but it is uphill on the way back.

The property was lovely and clean and spacious for 2 adults and 1 dog. Lovely modern kitchen, nice large bedrooms and good size shower in the ensuite. It is quite a walk into St Ives which is downhill , but quite a hilly walk up. We used taxis instead of walking home and cost on average 5 -6 using Ace cars taxis based right in the middle of the Read moretown, excellent service. Also do tours if you are interested. Had a lovely week here from 7th to 14th September 2024. Hide

Really good sized property for us and our 3 year old daughter. Had everything we needed in terms of equipment and facilities. Bedrooms comfy and a really good size. Parking space a massive bonus, short walk to town, beaches, train station, walk back up is fairly steep which wasn't an issue for us but may be for others.

The house is great - well equipped and everything works. - but when we arrived there was mess over the floors, kitchen worktops and sofas. Like the cleaning had not been completed properly. First thing we did was hoover and clean.
