Bathroom: This spacious bathroom has a free-standing bath with hand held shower attachment, large shower, heated towel-rail, basin and WC.
Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.
FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: A king size bed (5'), bedside cabinets/tables, built-in bedside lights, built-in wardrobes and free standing full-length mirror. En Suite: Shower cubicle, basin and WC.
GARDEN & PARKING: Access to the decked terrace with fabulous sea views. Parking for one car provided.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 2; £25 per dog per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in the rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and highchair provided, please bring your own cot linen.
