This beautiful home is detached, offering privacy and a secluded feel, and yet is within easy reach of the popular shops, restaurants beaches and galleries of St Ives town Centre. Mainly arranged on one level but with an additional third en-suite bedroom attic conversion with lighthouse views, there is a feeling of real opulent relaxation here. Furnished with style and equipped to perfection the Sandbanks experience extends outside to the wrap around veranda, perfect for lazy al fresco breakfasts or evening sundowners as you watch the glorious sunsets over The Bay. Other real bonuses are dedicated parking (for one vehicle) and even your own footpath leading to the pristine sands of the Blue Flagged Carbis Bay Beach. Ideal for families or couples, with their family pet, a holiday based at Sandbanks is a rare treat indeed.

Bedroom 2: With king size bed (5'), bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, lots of cupboard space and sea views.
Bedroom 3: With twin beds (3') not suitable for adults, bedside table, three wardrobes and mirror.
Bathroom: This spacious bathroom has a free-standing bath with hand held shower attachment, large shower, heated towel-rail, basin and WC.
Utility Room:
 Washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: A king size bed (5'), bedside cabinets/tables, built-in bedside lights, built-in wardrobes and free standing full-length mirror. En Suite: Shower cubicle, basin and WC.

GARDEN & PARKING: Access to the decked terrace with fabulous sea views. Parking for one car provided.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 2; £25 per dog per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in the rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

This was our first time staying at Sandbanks and found the property perfect for our needs. The location was excellent, walks to the beach, train into st Ives or drive anywhere else we needed. The views of the sea were beautiful and the outside area is lovely, especially when the weather is good. Excellent location. Beautifully decorated house, felt homely as soon as you enter the hallway. Very clean everywhere, plenty of towels and an extremely well appointed kitchen. Lots of books, DVDs and board games.

Amazing location with a stunning view. The easy access to Carbis Bay Train station, the beach and the main road are perfect for exploring, whilst also having enough comfortable space inside to relax and unwind. Will look forward to booking again the next time we are down there.
