We were truly delighted with Spinnaker. As soon as we entered we noticed how spotlessly clean it was. Spinnaker is superbly furnished and equipped. The location is ideal for walking into Instow, for the Tarka Trail and for trips round the area by car. (Having a car park is great for packing and unpacking too). The views from the living room and kitRead morechen area are wonderful and it's super to have a balcony!. The visitors handbook is useful and comprehensive and there are handy maps and walk books. Lovely apartment in a great location with a wonderful view of the estuary. The Tarka Trail is just a minute away and perfect for walking, jogging or cycling. Lovely beach and great food at The Boathouse and at John's Cafe.

The owner has spent a lot of attention to detail really excellent accommodation. Have already booked for next year & we are really looking forward to spending another stay at Spinnaker.

We've stayed in a number of properties in Chandlers Court. They all tick the boxes for balcony, car parking, pub, deli, walks, cycling and beach, and most have a great view. On top of that, Spinnaker is very well finished in terms of comfort, taste, and equipment.

Lovely flat over looking the river and across to Appledore, very clean and comfortable, with every thing you could want provided, plus a lovely welcome pack, would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We loved Instow what a gem, Spinnaker apartment was just a short walk to pubs and deli and all on the flat. Apartment was well equipped, clean, comfortable and quiet. Theres not a lot in Instow but thats what we wanted and you could drive places if you wanted anything. Excellent food in all the pubs and restaurant but would recommend booking a tRead moreable as they get busy. Johns Deli is worth a visit. Beach is fab and loads of benches to sit on to eat your ice cream and watch the world go by. We will definitely be back, Hide
