This luxury modern apartment for 2 guests has the most amazing elevated position, offering incredible sea views over Torquay's iconic marina and out over the beautiful South Devon Coast, with extended views towards Brixham and beyond!

The location is perfect for accessing all that Torquay has to offer; from the many restaurants along the seafront, including the new complex at Torre Abbey which hosts a variety of restaurants, bars & caf?s, to Torquay town centre, all of which are right on your doorstep.

There's also plenty to see and do further afield, and with easy access to public transport including ferry trips from the quayside; you can truly relax on your stay in the bay!

Admiral's Beach House is a bright, spacious one bedroom apartment with a large living area with views straight out to sea from the luxury corner sofas and opposite, a Smart TV & DVD player plus gas fireplace for cosy evenings in.

The double bedroom also maximises the incredible sea views which will dazzle your senses, especially in the evenings as you gaze over your toes towards the twinkling lights that outline to bay. With white grooved wood walls with plenty of cupboards for hanging clothes and a dressing table; the impression is a ships cabin befitting the Admiral!

The large sun drenched terraced furnished with continental outdoor rattan furniture together with sun loungers means you will find it hard to tear yourself from the warm sunny generously proportioned patio. There are also gardens down the steps below, where you can sit & enjoy shaded areas to read a book or cool down!

Stay in and cook, you won't be disappointed when you see the fully equipped kitchen up a short flight of steps from the lounge. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and washer/dryer.

On the same upper floor is the exciting bathroom ~ also a feast for the eyes with tastefully designed using unusual slate grey 'rock face' tiles, a full length bath, roomy walk-in shower and chic lighting.

From air displays to cultural events, the seaside resort of Torquay, knows how to cater to everyone's tastes, and it certainly knows how to party, too. For water sports, fishing and sailing, Torquay, Paignton & Brixham have a fabulous choice of beaches, while the evenings provide fine dining, theatre, cinema and star studded shows for all the family, all just a walk away on the sea front down below.

Torquay is a stylish resort with a real continental atmosphere. The many restaurants bring out the West Country flavour in a diverse range of cuisine from award winning fish & chips to Internationally inspired gastronomy.

Parking
There is many unrestricted parking spaces all along Warren Road where the apartment in Bay Fort Mansions is positioned. There is no private parking space but lots of unrestricted parking spaces all along Warren Road. It's a great location to arrive by train and if you do come in the car, once parked, there really is no need to use it again as everywhere is accessible on foot of by the many passenger ferries that go from the marina to Brixham & further along the coast to Dartmouth.

Security deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable to Original Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
