Stroll along the sands and head to the Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton renowned for its’ red stripy cliffs and esplanade gardens. In the opposite direction is the quieter coastal path to Holme-next-the-Sea with bird reserve. Why not hop aboard the coast hopper bus and discover quaint villages with ancient Inn’s such as, The Lifeboat and Chequers Inn at Thornham. Local produce can be sourced from the many farm shops with ‘Pick your own’ available in summer at Drove Orchards and those extra luxuries at Thornham Deli. A short drive to Heacham and you will find the truly unique Norfolk Lavender with restaurant facilities, a small farm and local produce available at the Farm shop. Heacham Manor & Golf Club is also well worth a visit, enjoy lunch or supper in the garden room or perhaps treat yourself to afternoon tea or a treatment in the Mulberry Spa. Also close by are the stunning estates of Sandringham and Holkham, the Royal Estate of Sandringham is surrounded by woodland walks and beautiful countryside, equally an afternoon spent at Holkham, with grounds ideal for cycling and feature many themed walks and trails, with bike hire available close to the courtyard, restaurant and gift shop, is very well spent. The nearby village of Burnham Market is well worth a visit with a variety of shops centred around the picturesque village green.‘Foodies’ will enjoy discovering ‘flavours’ of Italy after a visit to the Tuscan Farm shop with a selection of cheeses, prosciutto and other artisan specialities from around our area as well as local produce from Humble Pie deli. As a fellow holiday let owner, this property has everything needed for a perfect stay. Great location and comfortable house. A sunset walk on the beach (10 mins walk from property) is highly recommended for a magical experience.

One of the best cottages we have ever stayed in. Smashing location. The third bedroom was very small and would only really suit a younger child due to the sharply sloping ceiling. This was not an issue for us on this occasion but may be a compromise for a larger group; We would readily book again.

Lovely, comfortable, cosy, well-equipped cottage in a great location. The beds were comfy and the cottage had everything we needed. It was just a short walk to the beautiful beach, fabulous Beach Cafe, Post Office and shop, and Arts and Crafts Centre...and next door to The Lodge (which even does takeaway)! There are so many lovely places to visit aRead morend great places to eat in the area, the week flew by. We loved our stay at the Old Coach House and would happily stay there again. Hide
