Stylish and modern in style, Ty Nant is a newly built, semi-detached property in the pretty village of Llaniestyn. This stunning property offers open-plan living consisting of an attractive kitchen (with breakfast bar), a dining area and lounge with large feature sliding windows opening out onto a large patio and private south-facing garden. An oak stairway leads up to the elegant master bedroom (with en-suite), a spacious twin bedroom, a family bathroom and a second lounge/chill area where you can relax and admire the beautiful countryside views. The property also boasts a long balcony with access from the chill area and the main bedroom so you can wake up and step outside to take in the fresh country air first thing. The garden is mainly laid to lawn and has a stream running along the boundary. It's a lovely setting for a barbeque or just relax and enjoy the day and the evening sun. This is a fabulous family friendly holiday home that's bound to impress.

This well-appointed property is ideally placed for exploring the beautiful area and stunning coastline of beaches and coves on both sides of the Llyn Peninsula, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. You are also only a 15 minutes drive from Porthdinllaen where the much loved Ty Coch Inn is situated, and is one of the best beach bars in the world. Lovely place to stay. There were lots of games for children, as well as cups and plates for a toddler (unexpected bonus). House was well equipped and comfortable. Good location (so long as youre comfortable with small and narrow lanes)!

Beautiful house and high quality furnishings and equipment. Spotlessly clean. Downstairs bathroom with walk-in shower was a godsend for my husband who struggles to step over the bath tub, as the main bedroom en-suites was used by another couple. The owners are very helpful. Will use it again if we go to that part of the country. Thank you

The location is actually perfect [once you get used to driving the narrow roads around!], it's stunningly beautiful all around with rolling hills and mountain views.
