This is the second time that we have stayed at Mariner's Cottage as we liked it so much we decided to come again this year . The cottage is very comfortable and cosy and we feel very much at home there. We think the location is very good for non drivers as it is a reasonably short walk to to the train station and bus stops. It is in a quiet area buRead moret close to the quayside although the incline up to the cottage is quite steep. We stayed for 2 weeks and the sheets and towels are refreshed by the cleaners after the first week. Communication with the owner was good during the stay. Hide

Lovely place to stay , location is perfect for the harbour area. Could be difficult for older people due to a very high bed. Really enjoyed our stay at Mariners.

Enjoyed our stay at Mariners and found the location ideal for Nothe Gardens and the harbour which had great choice of coffee shops and eateries. Watch your head in some areas of the house (I am 6ft 3ins) but would recommend for a stay in lovely Weymouth.

We had a fabulous time. A great location to get to Nothe Forte and the cove. And also to go to the seafront and town centre. Just a lot of hills and steps to go to all those areas.

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay in Mariner's Cottage. The cottage is extremely comfortable, well decorated and cosy and we felt very at home there. It is in a quiet residential area, but within easy walking distance to Hope Square, the Quayside and into the town/seafront. A definite plus for us non drivers! A lot of attention has been given to Read moreproviding everything you might need plus clever storage space for clothes and other items in the bedrooms and bathroom. There is an attractive patio area with a table and seating to enjoy meals and drinks outside. We hope to return to Mariner's Cottage sometime in the future as we liked it so much! Hide
