Sandpiper is a delightful bungalow, all on one level and situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Saundersfoot. A pleasant, approximately 7-minute walk from the beach, harbour and village centre a great base for a family holiday. The centrally heated and double glazed property was newly equipped for the 2020 season. Public parking in the centre of the village close to the harbour, shops and places to eat (Free parking permit in property for Regency car park).

ALL ON ONE LEVEL

Entrance: Hall

Lounge: Comfortable seating for six, 50" flat screen  TV with SKY (Cinema and Sports package) DVD and Blu ray player. DAB stereo radio and CD player.

Kitchen/Dining Room: Table and chairs for six. Newly fitted kitchen including breakfast bar, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, 2 fridges with icebox. Patio doors to the rear garden.

Utility Room: Washing machine. Tumble Drier. Freezer. French doors to rear garden.

Bedroom 1: Master King size bed. TV. Dressing area with built in wardrobe

Ensuite: Shower cubicle, heated towel rail, wash hand basin and toilet

Bedroom 2: Twin beds and built in wardrobe

Bedroom 3: Full size single bed (occasional underbed if required) Built in wardrobe.

Bathroom 2: Family bathroom with bath and shower over, heated towel rail, wash hand basin and toilet

Pets: 1 Well behaved dog.

Parking: For two cars on driveway. Sloping access to level parking in front of the house 

Garden/Patio: Private enclosed rear garden with large paved patio area with garden furniture and a small BBQ.  Fencing to raised section of the lawned garden at the rear.

Garage: Multi games table. Storage space.

Heating: Central heating included.

Short Breaks: Possibly, by prior arrangement.

Notes: Bed linen and towels provided. Wi-Fi. Highchair. Travel Cot. Two steps to front door. The property has a season ticket for free parking in the National Park Authority Car Park (Regency car park) in Saundersfoot close to the harbour and beach (valid from 15th March - 7th November) this will be in the property on arrival. Non smoking property. From October 1st 2023 this property will accept one well behaved dog.

Fantastic location to walk into Saundersfoot, the property was well equipped with some very thoughtful extras such as clocks in every room, umbrellas provided for inclement weather and a lovely welcome pack for us and the dog.

Bungalow is in an excellent location of Saundersfoot with easy access to the seafront. The property was clean and well presented, with very comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. The games room in the garage was an excellent addition. Need to be slightly wary of the clearance on the drive and the bottom of the car when the car is fully packedRead more as it catches. Hide

Very well equipped house in a great location. The garden was quiet and private so good for barbecuing and relaxing. Would book it again next time we are in saundersfoot.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage,and hopefully we'll be staying there again.we loved everything about it,it was just perfect for our needs.we have stayed at many cottages in this area and we would agree that this is probably the best for us.

What a super place to stay! The house was ideal for a week away for a 3 generation family with dog. Comfortable and super well equipped, it suited us perfectly. the welcome package was particularly well thought out and appreciated. I enjoyed the short walk to the beach and shops every day. We thoroughly recommend it.

The house was beautiful and very easy to find - exactly as described. The only reason for lower score in comfort is because of the curtains (non-dark or blackout which means a very early wake up call and late night) and there was no oil for cooking.
