Set right in the heart of Padstow town, yet tucked away offering peace and tranquillity this beautiful two bedroom cottage has been completely renovated throughout. It offers a contemporary feel with luxurious furnishings combined with comfort and style. Woodbine Cottage boasts a spacious open plan kitchen, dining area and a cosy boutique lounge complete with a woodburner, where you can relax after your busy day by the seaside. Just a hop skip and a jump away is the harbour itself where you are able to sample the many delights that Padstow has on offer. The two fine widely recognised eateries The Seafood Restaurant Rick Steins flagship venue and Paul Ainsworth at Number 6, guarantees any foodie to be in culinary heaven. Browse the selection of bespoke art and gift shops or treat yourself to a new outfit with a range of designer outlets such as Joules, Quba & Co and Seasalt to mention just a few, or simply sit, relax and while away the hour with a large glass of vino and a seafood platter overlooking the harbour. Shower Room: Thermostatic drench shower with handheld shower, basin, w.c.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: King Size ( 5'), wardrobe, chest of drawers, feature fireplace, hairdryer.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), wardrobe.
Bathroom: Bath (thermostatic shower over), basin, w.c.

GARDEN AND PARKING: No garden, but small courtyard with table and chairs. No private parking. Public car parks nearby - see Padstow Parking for up to date information on parking rates. Unloading may be possible near the property.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in rent, electric boiler, woodburner in lounge, heated towel rails in bath / shower rooms.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (Please bring your own beach towels).
Baby Equipment: Not provided but can be hired - see hire page.

Woodbine cottage is beautiful, a traditional Cornish cottage but quite modern inside. Its right in the heart of Padstow, only a minutes walk to the harbour. It was the perfect base for our holiday, thank you for making sure we had such a lovely time!

We had a wonderful stay over the Easter holiday with our two teenage daughters. The cottage is very well equipped and comfortable. We loved the open plan downstairs and the attention to detail in the styling of the cottage. Perfect location, fairly central yet quiet. The Golden Lion does a great Sunday roast! All in all a wonderful stay. Thank you

Wonderful cottage with a cosy yet modern feel. Location was fab. Barrys Lane is narrow but approaching from church road to offload belongings was very easy. Link Rd car park was very cheap for the week (9 in total over Christmas week) and was easy to access via the steps and lanes - good work out as its uphill. We hardly used the car though as everRead moreything was on our doorstep. Shops, restaurants, walks, bike hire and the beach only half a mile away. The cottage had a great kitchen with full sized fridge and full sized freezer (as separate units), a washing machine and dishwasher. The log burner was gorgeous on chillier nights. The smart TV was fab for rainy afternoons before supper. We loved staying here and would recommend to others. Hide

Great location in the centre of Padstow. Very clean and had all the amenities. Only negative was the comfort level of the sofas/armchairs and minimal space between the dining table and stools.

Clean comfortable and very well located for everywhere in Padstow. We also took the ferry across to Rock and enjoyed a walk up through the village. The bakery was very good.

The cottage was in an ideal location, a few minutes walk from Padstow harbour. It was very clean and had all of the equipment needed for our stay. The only downside was the double bed that squeaked and creaked each time you moved. Wed still highly recommend the property.
