A stylish, sunlit and modern apartment that has been tastefully furnished and decorated throughout with a real home from home feel, making for a most comfortable stay! With lift access from the ground floor making it more accessible. Situated on the edge of Fowey town this perfect holiday home would suit those that are in search of an ideal base to explore Cornwall and the many delights surrounding. Just a hop, skip and jump away from the Bodinnick ferry which takes you further afield to the historic fishing ports of Polperro and Looe with the most beautiful countryside and beaches surrounding. Alternatively, you can walk into Fowey where you will find a vast selection of fine eateries, restaurants, shops and bars to while away the hours, or just head off to the popular local beach 'Readymoney Cove.' The quayside is a perfect place to relax and soak up the sun, watching the world go by whilst tucking into a locally produced Cornish pasty from Kittows the local delicatessen; but be wary of those pesky seagulls who may be on the prowl! Daily boat trips run from the quay and offer the perfect way to see more of the South East rugged coastline. We are sure you will enjoy your stay at September Tide and will book to return here time and time again.

Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), bedside units, chest of drawers/wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: Single bed (3'), chest of drawers, wardrobe.
Bathroom: Bath (thermostatic shower over), basin, w.c.

PARKING: No private parking. There is a public car park opposite the entrance to September Tide on Station Road.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent, modern electric panel heating, heated towel rail in bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Not provided.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Shops, Restaurants, Pubs: 10 min walk Coast: 10 min walk.

NOTES: No smoking. Sorry, no pets. Short breaks all year. WiFi included. Mobile phone reception varies. The Apartment can be access by either internal stairs or an internal lift.

Lovely, well equipped flat, perfect view of the Bodinnick ferry, very well furnished and with extremely comfortable beds. We were only there for a couple of days but would happily have stayed longer.

Found the flat to be very comfortable especially the beds . It was also very quiet . Only a 5 - 10 minute walk into the shops and restaurants. Overall all though we had a lovely few days

This property is perfectly placed for an interesting and reasonably flat walk into town. Beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Issue of toaster malfunction was dealt with promptly. We highly recommend September Tide and will definitely stay here again

Great little apartment, 10 mins walk from town centre, car park opposite although always full when we went ( July) very clean, comfortable beds, all appliances needed, just missed the finishing touches like a welcome pack that we've received in past bookings.

Excellent property very well equipped to a high standard. Wonderfully quiet location 2 mins from town centre. Super clean & great communication when booking/staying. Stayed in various places in Fowey over 20 yrs & loved this flat. Will definitely book again, can't wait to come back.
