A luxury 1-bedroom, top floor spacious apartment with balcony directly overlooking the beautiful Caswell Bay beach, Gower. The apartment is located on the top floor (third) and has panoramic views from the bedroom and the lounge.

The apartment includes underfloor heating, modern kitchen and bedroom with superking bed (can be made into 2 single beds).

Reception/Dining Area: Extendable dining table and chairs, leather sofas, one of which converts to a bed settee (bed linen and towels not provided for sofa bed), 32" flatscreen TV with DVD player, electric flame effect fire and access to the balcony.

Kitchen: Dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, electric oven and 4-ring hob and fridge.

Bedroom: 2 x single beds that zip together to create a superking bed, there is a window through to the lounge area which creates light and helps to enhance the view from the bedroom.

Bathroom: A shower cubicle with electric shower, WC and basin.

External: Balcony with views of Caswell Beach finished with outdoor chairs and table.

Sleeps 2: 1 Super King (zip 'n' link) - can be made into 2 singles on request (at time of booking), 1 Sofa bed

C/O day - Fri. Electric underfloor heating. Bed linen & towels provided for king size bed only (not provided for the sofa bed). WiFi. Off street parking. Travel cot & highchair available on request. No pets. No smoking. No Lift 32 stairs to top floor.

January visit 2025. Outstanding sea front location , safe on site parking and glorious view of beach from lounge diner of apartment . Wonderful coastal walk to The Mumbles literally on door step. The peace and quiet was most restorative . However the apartment needs over haul in terms of cleanliness , kitchen ware , bedding and storage .

A very comfortable flat for 2 in a great location. View and access to Caswell Bay was perfect. We would recommend the flat and hope to come again. The owner very kindly called to give us instructions to access the car park and flat.

Unbeatable view of Caswell Bay, with very large comfortable bed for when you eventually tire of it each day. Whilst Redcliffe Apartments arent very attractive on the outside, theres nothing better than being on the inside looking out.

The apartment was larger than the photographs indicate. Loved the windows in the bedroom (other apartments on same block do not have them). Views from the balcony are wonderful. The traffic gates at top of drive are major improvement and provide extra security for vehicles.

Lovely accommodation with a stunning view! Caswell Bay is a great beach with coastal walks on either side. If you want to explore Gower then this is the ideal place!

We have stayed in this property a number of times - the end apartment has the benefit of another window in the bedroom to the side of the property and another window in the hall area. Sea views are amazing and were able to sit on the balcony as the weather was good. Love this property and we have booked already for next year!

Stunning location with exceptional view across the bay with ever changing seascape. Great location for walks across the Welsh coastal paths. Surf Cafe two minute walk does great breakfasts and coffee, walk to Langlands Bistro worth a visit. Great fish and chips at Mumbles Pier, and what another stunning view to enjoy your alfresco lunch.
