A well-presented, fully refurbished, 1-bedroom holiday chalet set in the landscaped gardens of Summercliffe Chalet Park - the perfect accommodation for couples and beach lovers. Just a short walk away is Caswell Bay, one of the most popular 'blue flag' beaches on Gower. There are beach shops and an excellent cafe at the entrance to Caswell Bay, whilst a village shop and pubs are only a few minutes away in the car at Newton and Bishopston.  

The village of Mumbles is just 5 minutes more away with all its amenities, shops and restaurants. The City of Swansea, with all its attractions is at the other end of Swansea Bay. Caswell is part of the outstanding countryside of the Gower Peninsula. If you fancy a round of golf, Langland Golf Club is just a short drive away.

Accommodation

Ground Floor

Kitchen: Wood-effect kitchen has an induction hob with oven under, undercounter fridge with ice box and a microwave.

Lounge/Diner: Solid wooden table and chairs seating 4 people, along with wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Coffee table and two 2-seat sofas - one of which converts into a sofa bed, ideal for a child or extra adult guest.

Bedroom: Double bed and plenty of hanging space.

Bathroom: 3-piece suite with WC, wash hand basin and separate shower cubicle.

External: The chalet is one of a few with fully enclosed private gardens, complete with garden furniture and backing onto woodland which is full of birdsong and wildlife.

Sleeps 2/3: 1 Double, 1 Sofa bed in lounge

C/O day - Sat. Electric heating. Bed linen & towels provided (not provided for the sofa bed). WiFi. On-site parking. Pets accepted. No smoking

Great location on end of site making it peaceful and private ,close to fantastic beach and very good value for money.

Very poor - No Comfort what so ever - Cleanliness not great - very outdated furniture and outside area not cared for !! This poor Chalet Needs Some TLC !!!! Total Shame!!!

Location was amazing, 10 min walk to the beach for a swim or a walk along the coastal path. Size, clean layout and furnishings were great, with a lovely little private garden and everything we needed. It was perfect for our holiday with our dogs.

A lovely chalet in a very quiet but ideal situated position. Just short walk to beautiful Caswell Bay and coastal path. Lovely and clean, ideal for two people but can accommodate one extra.

We normally stay in limeslade or caswell. we always book with home from home do not have any problems and the let's are very good always have a good stay Cheers. Mike T.

It satisfied on all counts: decor; facilities; comfortable bed; secure (for pets) and cosy garden; equipment and cleanliness. We really enjoyed our week!
