This ground floor, 1-bedroom apartment offers spacious accommodation for 2 people . The property is presented to a very high standard and offers stunning sea views through the valley, towards Slade Bay. The apartment accepts a pet by arrangement and WiFi is provided.

Located on Sealands Farm in Oxwich, it offers a peaceful retreat within easy walking distance of the Wales Coastal Path and Slade Bay, and Oxwich Bay can be reached in approximately 20 minutes on foot. Oxwich Bay has 2 restaurants: The recently opened Beach House restaurant which serves fine dining options on the beach, and the Oxwich Bay Hotel which has a restaurant, bar and a very popular beer garden. There are also some shops and a cafe which is available for 6 months of the year.

Oxwich Bay offers a host of watersports which can be booked on the beach.

Accommodation

Ground Floor

Lounge/Dining Area: 2 large sofas, a flatscreen TV and DVD player and occasional furniture. The dining area has a dining table and 4 high backed chairs.

Kitchen Area: Fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, integrated microwave, single oven and ceramic hob.

Bedroom: King size bed and wardrobe, and access into the luxury, fully tiled shower room.

Shower Room: Shower cubicle, vanity unit with basin and WC.

External: The farm has large grounds with sea views. The apartment has an outside area which is laid to gravel and grass with rattan furniture for 4. Off road parking.

C/O day - Sat. Oil CH. Bed linen & towels provided. WiFi. Off road parking. Sea views. 1 pet accepted by arrangement. No smoking

WOW. Where to begin. Fantastic location if your either a walker or day tripper. Easy parking outside the door. Well sized and equipped to a good standard. Very clean. Hosts are accessible and very helpful but not in your face. I shall rebook.

This cottage is gorgeous! Spotlessly clean, warm, comfortable, quiet and very well equipped. The view of the sea is fantastic and the coastal path is a 10 minute walk away. We spent a week here and only used the car once. Would highly recommend.

Lovely cottage in a good location for visiting all areas of the Gower such as Rhossili, Mumbles and Three Cliffs Bay.

Beautiful coastal view, quiet location. About 20 mins walk to beach,pub & shop but down a very steep hill. The owner is really nice & helpfull leaving little treats for you & your dog on arrival. She goes above & beyond to make your stay as comfortable & pleasurable as possible. We will definitely return.

It was an incredible place to stay, lovely suprises on arrival especially Welsh cakes,eggs and milk,but best of all was the apartment and stunning views. Would highly recommend .

This was a wonderful place to stay. The view was fantastic and the cottage was warm and comfortable and extremely well equipped. A Home from home experience, Coastal View has everything you need with lovely furnishings throughout. On arrival we had fresh flowers, eggs and scrumptious homemade Welsh cakes and even treats for our dog. The view is great looking out at the sheep and their lambs with a good walk down to the coastal path and so near to Oxwich beach too. We didnt wRead moreant to leave! Hide

Lovely accommodation with everything provided plus eggs milk and Welsh cakes and a treat for the dog. Coastal View had a great view and was extremely comfortable with an amazing view across the farm and out to sea. The hosts were very friendly and I would highly recommend this accommodation , we had a great time here.

An excellent choice. Very comfortable and well equipped accommodation. The beach at Oxwich was a short walk away. Coastal View is well placed for coastal walks. Just a few miles away is Rhossili and Worms Head a tremendous coastline and views and a must to visit.

Excellent accommodation. Very clean and well equipped. Sara and Lincoln were brilliant, very helpful, and had left a delicious home made cake and fresh eggs for us on our arrival. We'll defintely return for another holiday and would highly recommend it.

Excellent property and location. The owners left milk, fresh eggs from their hens and ducks and a cake. The cottage was extremely well equipped.
