Ref 405 - Frog Lane Cottage is the combination of Tadpole Cottage and Frog Cottage joined by an adjoining door. This option will allow you the option of 3 bedrooms sleeping 6.

Located in the village of Llanmadoc alongside one of Gower's most popular and traditional of inns, The Britannia, which has an excellent restaurant and a bar serving real ales. The beer garden has a children's play area and boasts stunning views across the Loughor Estuary.

There are some beautiful and scenic walks which can be enjoyed in the area including Whiteford sands and Broughton, which are both quiet beaches all year round.

The cottages are perfectly placed for a rural getaway close to the beaches of North and South Gower. Both are dog friendly have secure gardens and combine original rustic features with modern fixtures and fittings such as electric underfloor heating.

Kitchen/Lounge/Diner: Electric oven, electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, 2 x sofas, TV and wood burner (wood is not provided at the property - it is advised that wood can be bought at CK's Supermarket which is passed on the way to the property). 

First Floor 

Bedroom 1: Double bed, wardrobe and en suite (hand basin, WC and shower cubicle). 

Bedroom 2: 2 x single bed, adjustable put-up-bed, hanging space and en suite (shower, bath, WC and hand basin). 

External: Garden with a raised landscaped patio area with outdoor dining furniture.

Shower Room: Shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. 

External: Parking directly outside. A small enclosed patio area with outdoor dining set. 

Sleeps 6: 1 King, 1 Double, 1 Twin (with extra pull out bed)

C/O day - Sat. Electric underfloor heating. Wood burner. Bed linen & towels provided (bed linen & towels not included for pull out bed). WiFi. Allocated parking to the front and rear. Pets accepted. No smoking

A perfect spot with a great well stocked village shop (and tea room), pub serving nice meals, really close, and another lovely tea room within walking distance From there a short walk through the woods led to a bird hide to spot little egrets, a buzzard, and swallows actually flying in. Lots of good walks, from the cottage with maps provided. Two Read moreparking spaces were fine if a little tight with the other properties and vehicles around. Wed recently bought an electric car and managed to find recharging points at the Gower Heritage Centre and Oxwich beach. We booked both Frog and Tadpole Cottages and this worked well for our group - a couple and Father and Daughter. We had some lovely weather so managed to eat a couple of meals outside in the garden. Some of the carpets and furniture need to be refreshed but I suppose this will be done in the quieter months. Hide
