A newly renovated, pet friendly, 1-bedroom, third floor apartment with stunning uninterrupted views over Limeslade Bay. This property is situated on the coast road next to the entrance to the coastal path. The first leg of the path takes you to Rotherslade (about 20 mins) where there is a beachside cafe - a great place to chill out with the Sunday Newspapers. Langland is the next bay and accessible by foot or if you prefer 5 mins by car.

Even closer to home are Limeslade and Bracelet Bay - literally on your doorstep. Fortes Ice cream parlour is the closest Eatery and has a simple menu whilst Castellamare, is a very popular Italian cafe and restaurant with beautiful views over towards Mumbles head. The village of Mumbles can be reached by strolling along the promenade and there you will find an array of boutique style shops, cafes and bars.

Please be aware there are 42 steps to the apartment.

External: Tiered, communal garden to the rear with garden furniture and washing line. There is parking for one car outside the property and storage space within the garage.

Lovely apartment, excellent location. Well equipped and comfortable apartment. Stunning views. A beautiful part of the world, wish we had discovered it sooner. Lovely walks with easy access. We will be back!!

Superb location overlooking Limeslade Bay. Comfortable 2nd floor apartment within block. Well equipped with all the essentials for a short stay in this area of South Wales. As with a lot of properties in Wales, there are several short flights of stairs to the apartment which may be an issue for less mobile occupants. Handy parking to the front of Read morethe property though. Event in very wet and windy conditions outside, the apartment is warm and cosy with superb views across Swansea Bay and the Bristol Channel. This is a superb apartment with wonderful sea views of Limeslade Bay. Our third time here and we enjoyed it as much as our previous visits. Small and compact, a cosy apartment, reasonably well equipped. Close to local amenties and coastal walks frm the door. We would highly recommend. 40 steps up - keeps you fit! :)

The apartment was in an ideal location overlooking the bay at Mumbles Head. It was so relaxing just looking out of the window, looking out to sea (we even saw a seal). The apartment was very clean and welcoming on arrival and the bedroom, bathroom and lounge/kitchen roomy and comfortable with everything we needed. We would definately stay again.

We stayed at Limeslade Court which is located at a superb location in The Mumbles. The property contains most of the things that you need for your stay. There are superb walks, cafes, bars and restaurants all within easy reach. Given the right weather you will see some great sunrises.

The apartment is in a brilliant location with fantastic views of the sea and was very comfortable. The coastal path walk virtually directly outside was perfect for taking Cora our dog out for her morning walk. This apartment overlooks Bracelet Bay in the Mumbles so was a lovely view. The apartment was clean and well laid out with everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely use it again and recommend for anyone wishing ti visit the area. Thank you!

We loved our week in Limeslade Court. The view makes the place very special. We have never spent so much time looking out of a window, especially when the seals pop up in the bay! Lovely walks are on your doorstep. There are 3 lovely eating places within 5 minutes walk - Fortes (literally below the flats) which is a great cafe; The Lighthouse Bar wRead morehich does good basic food and provides a great place to sit and look over Bracelet Bay.and for a very special meal, RoK Mumbles (next to the Lightouse Bar) - it's not cheap but the quality of the food is excellent. Fantastic location and excellent overall facilities. Parking was good and there was no noise from any of the other apartments. Managed to sit in the sun most days. we will definitely be looking to book another holiday there.

A beautiful apartment in a great location right on the seafront ( gorgeous scenery ) and right on the path of the coastal walk to Rotherslade bay and beyond. Half an hour walk into Mumbles along the seafront. Excellent Wifi reception and a brilliant tv. The shower is powerful and hot but had to face it at the tiles because it overspills a little onRead moreto the floor so I put an old towel there to soak it up because we like to respect peoples things. The bed was a bit to hard for me but my husband loved it and the bed linen was immaculate ( crisp white ). The longe is very comfortable with all you need like home from home. Kitchen also has everything you need.Be sure to take some binoculars if you have any to see the passing ships up closer. Saw a seal bobbing about twice. If you have mobility issues then it's not for you as there's quite a few steps to climb up to the property, but it says that in the property description. It has a large window which we had open most of the time soaking up the view and listening to the waves. It's pretty quiet away from the hustle and bustle. We had a lovely week chilling and walking and didn't want to come home. For us the owner has got it bob on ( apart from the binoculars) lol. Hide

This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment and it is the perfect location on the coast for enjoying all that is to offer in the area. The apartment is comfortable and was extremely clean on our arrival and we had a comfortable stay. Parking is a bonus and the 42 steps up were not a problem for us.
