Offering the best of both worlds, savour the peace and tranquillity of this idyllic Gower location or head to Oxwich beach, just 10 minutes walk away, where its 2 mile stretch of golden sand is popular for watersports, bathing and gentle beach strolls. Flanked by sand dunes and woodland, this magnificent bay was once branded 'the most beautiful in Britain' by The Travel Magazine. Facing south east, the waters are particularly calm and it's also well served with a car park, small store, fish and chip shop and tea room. When the tide is out, take a stroll along the beach to the signature limestone cliffs at Three Cliffs Bay - just be sure to time it well so you have time to get back before high tide! Michelin Star restaurant The Beach House is located on the seafront as well as the lovely Oxwich Bay Hotel. For a fantastic day out, take a drive to the world-famous Rhossili Bay and discover the vast expanse of sands and breath-taking views out over Worms Head.

We used this bungalow as a base for the Endurancelife Gower half marathon that finishes on the beach. Perfect location. I imagine it would be amazing in the summer with all the lovely beaches but with the coastal path it was beautiful in November. Perfect for our needs.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the bungalow. It was clean, modern and tidy. The holiday park was quiet, family friendly and so well looked after. We would recommend to friends and family and would return again. A great base for exploring the Gower. It was lovely the bungalow was within walking distance of Oxwich beach.
