This charming 2-bedroom holiday cottage, within easy reach of the Gower Peninsula, has been recently constructed as an extension of a 500-year-old farmhouse. It has been skilfully and sympathetically built to provide self-contained holiday accommodation of a very high standard.

Situated in a pretty and rural setting the cottage enjoys a southerly aspect and is surrounded by all sorts of wildlife - if you are lucky you may spot an otter or maybe a badger by the private lake. Although a rural setting, the property is close to the motorway making it easy to access many parts of South and West Wales. 

The property is accessed via an unmade road making it unsuitable for some vehicles (lowered sports cars).

Accommodation

Ground Floor

Reception/Diner: Open plan, the lounge area has leather seating, electric fire place and a TV/DVD player, Sky Package (No Movies or Sport Package). The dining area has a table and seating for 4.

Kitchen Area: Electric cooker with extractor fan, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer.

First Floor

Bedroom 1: Double bed with an en suite shower room (wash hand basin and WC).

Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds, a desk, large chest of drawers, TV and an en suite bathroom with a 3-piece suite.

External: Gravel garden and parking area which has patio furniture.

Sleeps 4: 1 Double, 1 Twin

C/O day - Sat. Electric heating. Night storage heating. Bed linen provided. Towels are available on request from the owner. WiFi. Off street parking. Patio with garden furniture. Pets accepted. No smoking

Very suitable for three of us. Good to reach other places. Good pub with food nearby. Hostess very nice, friendly and generous with a welcome pack. Lovely situation, peaceful and relaxing.

My husband, 2 year old son and I had a nice, cosy stay at Crwcca Farm - despite the terrible weather. Kay and Alfie the Dog are delightful and friendly. We were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco, Welsh cakes and fresh eggs - a lovely touch. The kitchen is small but well equipped - including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Oliver enjoyed plRead moreaying with the doll houses and reading the children books available in the living room. Also nice to have 2 TVs - one downstairs and one upstairs - albeit we only used the one downstairs in the evenings. We particularly enjoyed going puddle jumping, saying hi to Babe the horse, feeding the chickens and collecting eggs with Kay (thank you so much again, it made Oliver's day!). Hide

A really lovely place to stay, with a wonderful host who not only had provided basics such as milk and tea, but also fresh eggs from the farm! We had a wonderful time, including getting to meet the very sweet cats and Alfie the dog. Would definitely recommend.

A delightful cottage with lots of space, comfy seating and very well equipped kitchen, all beautifully clean. Lovely covered seating area outside with a large garden, but not completely enclosed if you have dogs. Good car parking too and a very helpful owner. A very pleasant country surrounding.

We stayed at Crwcca Farm Cottage for a week in late May this year. A family of four - two adults and two children. We had a wonderful stay, despite the soggy weather. The cottage is spacious, clean, well thought out, comfortable, and well equiped. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The location is quiet, peaceful, rural, but still reasonably cRead morelose to Swansea and many local attractions. Wed have happily stayed longer. We hope to return in the not too distant future. This cottage is a true treasure. We discovered it impeccably clean, completely dust-free, and equipped with everything necessary for a wonderful vacation. Kay, the owner, was incredibly helpful, considerate, and accommodating. A superbly appointed cottage central for Swansea, the Gower peninsula & further afield. Easy to get to from Nottingham & very close to the motorway. We were comfortable & warm in October & Mrs Kay Rees, the owner was personable & on hand next door. The fittings were top quality from toilet rolls to equipment, our Welsh Springer had use of the paddoRead moreck with all its interesting smells & we couldn't wait to get back to the cottage after interesting trips to truly relax in the evenings.
