This well-presented 1-bedroom apartment with balcony, offers stunning panoramic views over the sandy beach at Caswell Bay.

Redcliffe apartments are situated in a unique coastal position overlooking Caswell Bay with each apartment having sea views. There is a lawned area to the front of the building with private access to the beach, (manned by lifeguards from Easter to September) making it an ideal family holiday location. There are various kiosks offering food and beach games and the popular Surfside Cafe.

The village of Mumbles is just a five minute car journey away with all its amenities, shops boutiques and restaurants. The city of Swansea, with all its attractions, and the outstanding countryside of the Gower Peninsula are within close proximity.

Flat 104 was a wonderful haven for us. We didn't turn the tv on all week, as sitting with the balcony doors open and listening to the surf was such a wonderful, mindful experience. And the view was stunning!! My mobility is not good, but i was able to access the beach without too much problem. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and very weRead morell equipped with everything you need. We didn't want to leave. The beds were SO comfortable, and we generally loved the whole feel of the place. There is obviously a lot of love put into apartment 104. Thankyou so much. It was just what we needed. I would definitely go back!! xx Hide

Nice flat, with a handy location next to door. The Intercom is so useful too! Love Redcliffe, best location in the world.

A lovely clean apartment with fantastic views , well worth the visit . Ace for surfing The property could do with a bit of updating however does have everything you need I would definitely go again

Beautiful little apartment overlooking Caswell Bay. The view is stunning. The property is right by the beach with private parking. Stayed here a few times and it never disappoints.
