This large townhouse has room for eight and is ideal for a large family or a group of friends celebrating a special occasion. Set in the centre of fabulous Cromer and all its amenities, it has plenty of space for everyone, and even an enclosed courtyard for enjoying al fresco meals while your canine companions chase their tails.

Not just one, but two lounges welcome you at this three-storey property. The first is on the ground floor, with a Smart TV and a small pool table, and the other is on the first floor, featuring a cosy wood burner for those winter evenings as well as a TV, Blu-ray DVD, and plenty of books and games. Back to the ground floor, and the kitchen is a light-filled space with plenty of room for your pup’s bowls. Eat informally at the breakfast bar or gather everyone together in the larger dining room. On the first floor, you’ll find two bedrooms: a king-size with an en-suite shower room, and a twin bedroom which can be made up to super king-size if requested. The family bathroom is also on this level. Up to the top floor, and tucked under charming sloping ceilings are a further king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a twin bedroom. Outside, a sunny courtyard is a place to relax while your hounds sniff around.

Within metres of your front door are an array of shops, pubs and places to eat as well as a wide, sand-and-shingle beach (restrictions apply in the summer) and a Victorian pier on which woofsters are welcome. Furry friends can go almost everywhere at Felbrigg Hall, 3 miles, too – even in the Squire’s Pantry while you enjoy a cream tea.

  • 4 bedrooms – 2 king-sizes, 1 twin bedroom (can be made into one super king-size bed on request), and 1 twin.
  • Double sofa bed available at an additional cost (select at time of booking) - located ground-floor lounge
  • 3 bathrooms – 2 en-suite shower rooms with shower cubicles and WCs, 1 family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC, and 1 ground-floor WC
  • Range-style cooker, combining two gas ovens, a grill and a seven-burner gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher
  • Washing machine and tumble dryer
  • Wood burner (starter pack provided)
  • Smart TV, DVD, TV with Freesat and Blu-ray DVD
  • Enclosed courtyard, with outside dining table and chairs

Brilliant cottage! We had a lovely week with 6 adults and a toddler. The house is bigger than the pictures and description make it look with lots of bathrooms and spacious bedrooms. The kitchen is one of the best equipped I've ever come across. Location is fantastic- walking distance to beach, cafes, restaurants and shops. We were slightly concerneRead mored about parking, but managed to find spaces for two cars nearby with no problem. The parking space at the back is accessed by a narrow lane, so be aware that if you have a wide 4x4 or similar, you probably would struggle (our Astra was fine). Would definitely recommend! Hide

Fabulous, quirky house, which is quiet but really close to the shops and the seafront. We loved the wood burning stove and it was great to have the logs provided. We all really hope to return. Thank you.

East View is a fantastic property in the heart of Cromer. Well equipped kitchen and living spaces, with suitable rooms for all ages (our family ranged from 6 - 79 years of age!). Warm central heating, with hot water whenever required. We had a great week and it was a pleasure to call it 'home'.
