This well-presented, pet friendly, 1-bedroom annexe can be found in the picturesque village of Bishopston. From the property you can access many beaches such as Langland Bay, Caswell Bay and a short drive away from the famous Three Cliffs Bay and all the other beaches on the South Gower.

The bustling village of Mumbles is also nearby with its boutique style shopping and fantastic selection of restaurants, bars and cafes. For your convenience there is also a garage/convenience store within 2 minutes and a number of welcoming pubs offering a high standard of food and drinks including some locally brewed ales.

Having the kitchen facilities was great. The living room furniture was very comfortable. The patio was so lovely for chilling out on. The owners are so friendly and beautiful people and we were really made to feel comfortable. Such a lovely holiday rest place. Thank you Gary and Sue so hugely. We loved Rye Ground annexe. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The owners Gary and Sue were very friendly and helpful. It was in a great location for exploring the area with lots of shops, pubs beaches close by. We will recommend Rye Ground Annexe to friends and family and return ourselves .

Had a lovely stay .. kitchen well equipped everything we needed for a weeks stay .. cosy home from home setting was lovely and quiet own patio and parking space , dog friendly which is a bonus and owners nearby if needed , short drive to beautiful beaches and also mumbles just over a 5 min drive away

Owners could not of been more helpful and friendly..we had read cups and. Jam slices on arrival and a guided tour to know everything worked. Would definitely return.Thank you Owners and Buddy (the dog ) was an absolute delight :)

Lovely welcoming owners who were very kind and helpful. Quiet area which suited us and our pooch. Nicely furnished property with good equipment in the kitchen. Nice place to stay with dog if visiting the Gower.

A nice little house in a quiet location. Owners were very friendly and helpful. No significant faults with the property. Parking was handy especially as parking in the Mumbles village was ludicrously expensive even at night.
