This split-level, 2-bedroom holiday apartment is set in a large Victorian house providing panoramic views over Langland Bay, with direct access to the beach through the garden.

Langland Bay is fringed by wooden beach huts and palm trees. Ideal for families and people of all ages, there are two cafes and a glass-fronted restaurant, Langland's Brasserie, with a veranda boasting stunning views across the bay. From the promenade you can take the coastal path to Caswell or the vibrant centre of Mumbles with its many cafes, restaurants, pubs and boutiques. There are several ice cream parlours that should be on the 'must visit' checklist including Joe's and Verdi's.

Wonderful location with amazing views across Langland Bay. The apartment is comfortable and well kitted out with everything you could need for an amazing holiday. Parking on site is a godsend. The brasserie is a short walk away and Mumbles has all the shops you need.

We have stayed in Langland Bay a number of times but this was, by some way, the best property we have stayed in there. There was nothing we could think of that wasnt supplied by the owners & the view is spectacular. The gift of brownies in the post is also a nice touch.

Wonderful base for exploring the Gower peninsula. The cottage is beautifully situated with a great view overlooking Langland Bay and within walking distance of Mumbles. The coastal path between Mumbles and Caswell Bay is paved and mobility friendly. The cottage is well equipped with all you will need. Beds are comfortable.

Fabulous apartment in the very best location. It is fully furnished with absolutely everything you could need during the stay. We visit as often as we can and will definitely be back again soon. Says it all really.

Gorgeous spacious apartment in a fantastic location - it's about a 7 hour drive for us but we'll return just to stay in the apartment again. This apartment was superb. It was a real home from home with absolutely everything in it that you could possibly need. The location is first class with direct access to the coastal path and just moments to the beach. The Brasserie is a short walk away and Mumbles has everything you need in terms of shops. Mumbles Coffee was terrific and Tuckers theRead more butchers was excellent. There is ample parking and the steps down from the car park are easy to negotiate if you are reasonably mobile. We had a wonderful stay at St Leonards which exceeded our expectations.The flat is very comfortable,well furnished and has fantastic views over the bay.There is direct access onto the coast path which has recently been upgraded.It was a perfect destination for a restful break in beautiful surroundings.

Excellent location, with superb access to local beaches, brilliant views over Langland and Rotherslade bays. Nearby Mumbles has all that you need for bars, restaurants and shops. Capped off by lovely, homely accomodation.

We had a wonderful time here, enjoying the magnificent views, making good use of the balcony and relaxing in the very comfortable lounge area with its warm, cosy atmosphere. For anyone with mobility issues, the access via several fairly steep stairs would unfortunately be a serious problem, but other than that, I can only recommend this place for aRead morenyone wanting to unwind in a real beauty spot, but with easy access to city amenities. This is a wonderful flat, spotlessly clean, well equipped with the most amazing views from the kitchen/ diner, lounge, through the patio door and the main bedroom window. The Langland brasserie was great, fabulous walks, unspoilt coastal scenery, we saw seals and a fox around the bay. The surfside cafes are great. Any weather its great X

Perfectly located overlooking Langland Bay we woke up every morning to the sound of the sea in extremely comfortable beds.
