Rhossili Reach is a pet-friendly cottage situated in a perfect position to take full advantage of the spectacular local beaches of Mewslade, Fall Bay and the world-famous Rhossili Bay. From the property you can also easily access the coastal and hill walks of this beautiful part of the Gower Peninsula.

The cottage benefits from sea views to the south and is only a short walk to the surfing beach of Rhossili Bay and Worms Head, where you will find a popular pub, gift shop, a bistro, gallery and the famous views over towards Llangennith beach.

With light filled and open-plan living areas, a good-sized rear garden and off-road parking; Rhossili Reach is a great holiday home for families and friends to enjoy with your pets.

Accommodation

Ground Floor

Kitchen/Diner: Electric oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with icebox, microwave and a dining table and chairs for 6 people. There is also a separate under-counter freezer and an additional fridge stored in the hallway within a cupboard.

Utility/Boiler Room: Washing machine, clothes hanging space and boiler.

Lounge: Woodburner, TV, DVD, CD Player, soft-seating for 6 and French doors leading out onto an area laid with patio.

Bedroom 1: King sized bed, hanging space, drawer space and occasional furniture.

Family Bathroom: Bath with shower over, heated towel rail, WC and basin.

Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds, built-in wardrobes, drawer space and decorative wooden chair.

Bedroom 3: Double bed, built-in wardrobes, drawer space and occasional furniture.

Shower Room: Corner shower cubicle, WC and basin.

External: Parking for 3 cars to the front. To the rear and side there is a large garden made up of a patio and an area laid to lawn. Outside seating and dining arrangement and a covered area to the side which is ideal for storage and drying wetsuits etc.

Due to the location, please note that mobile signal is quite weak and this can also affect the WIFI.

From the minute we arrived at the property with it's filty porch, rusted up door handle and letterbox and rotting wood frame, our hearts sank with what we would discover inside. It did not get any better. From mould on the inside of a wardrobe wall, a bedroom with cobwebs with human hair in them, an all-pervading smell of damp throughout the propRead moreerty, sitting room furniture which bore no resemblance to the advertised photographs, blinds missing from some windows, others with dirty stained blinds, detached bath panel, one handrail on the garden steps completely missing, with the bits rotting on the lawn, no catches on the side gates which meant the garden was not dog secure. I could go on and on. I have 38 photographs of all the disgusting problems with this property - and they still have the audicity to charge what they do for it. This is by far the worst property I have ever stayed in on Gower over a period of 7 decades. Hide

Very comfortable house - like a home from home. Good equipment in kitchen and good shower. V much enjoyed our stay. Rhossili beach about 15-20 mins walk is amazing.

Great location, but property full of dust and dog fur and in desperate need of maintenance. Bathroom tap was broken along with blocked toilet and drain, and the garden fencing and recliners have all been damaged and not repaired

From the cobwebs that greet you round the front door, to the garden gates that would not secure to keep your dog safely within, to the bathroom basin tap that had only hot running water (no cold!), and the broken garden recliners and decking rails, this once super property needs some simple care and attention to bring it back to its full potential.Read more Lots to like here, but also issues that need sorting. The cottage is in a great location within walking distance of beautiful beaches. It is light and airy with a nice outdoor space. However it is in dire need of some tlc. The decking is falling apart, the outdoor furniture is rusting, and the inside needs some care and attention. The property had not been cleaned well.

A beautiful sunny week in Wales. A fabulous location to be able to walk down to the beach each day. The property itself does feel tired but it met our needs for the week and we had an enjoyable week away.

A cottage in a good location with comfortable beds and clean linen. Nice sitting room, good kitchen and a good sized garden in need of a tidy. Sadly the bathrooms really let this property down.

The cottage is in a great location with local walks to the coast and up onto Rhossili down. We enjoyed the open plan kitchen and lounge, with plenty of light and views over the garden to the sea. The space was clean, warm and comfortable, and the dogs loved the garden. Although the local pub is currently out of action, there was a friendly pop-Read moreup bar in Rhossili at the weekend, and a couple of great cafes. Hide

We had a lovely holiday at this residence, excellent value for money, beautiful view and location. The house was very comfortable and served it's purpose well. It was well equipped .

A wonderful location and great layout. Unfortunately, the property and garden are in need of some TLC. It felt tired and the paintwork and walls were grubby. However, the beds were clean and very comfortable.

Thank you for a great stay!!! Rhossili Reach is a lovely light and spacious bungalow in a really fabulous location, with a wonderful view of rolling fields/sea. Its just a short 15 minutes walk from Rhosilli and Worms Head (views and sunsets are unreal!!) and amazing coastal walks and beaches. Well equipped and laid out, it really is a comfortabRead morele home from home and we loved our stay. The garden is great and dog friendly too. Just 15 -20 mins walk from Rhosilli village across the fields or via the road - recommend The View for lunch/brunch and also (when it reopens) the Worms Head Hotel for a sunset tipple with spectacular views. Tip: When first heading to the house, pick up anything you need from the store at Scurlage (food/drinks/logs for burner) to save s as trip later . A really lovely holiday let! This cottage is in a lovely position for exploring the Gower. It has a good garden and patio. We had an enjoyable stay.
