The property is situated a stones throw from the beautiful St Saviours Church, a christian presence in the heart of the community and is considered to be one of the best 100 churches in England. Please note the church bells ring, every hour, on the hour and throughout the night; there is also a bell ringing practice on a Wednesday evening for 90 minutes.

Woodlands Adventure Park, Agatha Christie's Greenway House, River Dart Boat cruises, fishing trips and the steam railway are all nearby, so the area is perfect for family holidays all year round, whatever the weather.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £350, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
