This well-presented, 1-bedroom, first floor apartment is located just 50 metres from the popular Langland Bay. It is offered with lovely sea views and off-road parking. 

Situated in the popular Crawshay Court, it has many activities and attractions right on the doorstep including the Langland Bay Golf Club which welcomes guests and was awarded the title of 'The Best Golf Club in Wales 2013'. There are tennis courts and the stunning Wales Coastal Path which offers amazing views in both directions whether heading towards Caswell Bay or towards Mumbles.

There are several restaurants/cafes within easy reach: Langland's Brasserie and The Surfside Cafe are both located next to the beach. The village of Mumbles is just 5 minutes in the car.

 Reception/Dining Area: Table and chairs for 4. Flatscreen TV, DVD player, CD players and telescope with sea views over Langland Bay and access to the balcony, which has patio furniture for 2.

Kitchen: Integrated appliances including: oven and ceramic hob, combination microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer.

Bedroom: Double bed with storage space.

Bathroom: Bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and wall-mounted basin.

Cloakroom: WC and basin.

External: Sea view balcony, 1 allocated parking space.

we enjoyed every aspect of the apartment. the only small point was a cover missing from the light in the hall. A1 for every thing else.

Second time we have stayed here, perfect for us and a great location. Easy walks along cast oath into Mumbles. Parking spaces atr tight but caroark was mostly empty when we were there. Expect to return again.

Cosy and comfortable flat in a fantastic location. But check whether cleaning materials are provided - we had to buy some in order to do even basics like washing up and cleaning the kitchen sink!

The flat was easy to find, very good location right by the sea and elevated views across Langland Bay. Everything in the flat was provided for our comfort and use to make it an easy stay and all instructions were clear. Thank you.

We spent 6 nights at this lovely property, which has a fabulous sea view, and close access to the lovely beach and fantastic cliff walks. The property itself was comfortable and well-equiped.
