Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Mumbles, a charming 2-bedroom, character cottage, beautifully presented and furnished to a high standard throughout. The cottage has a spacious lounge/diner, double and twin bedrooms, a bathroom and separate shower room. The property benefits from (garaged) off street parking to the rear as well as on street parking to the front of the property.

The promenade and all the amenities of Mumbles are just a short walk. This cottage is an ideal location for a seaside family holiday with easy access to stunning local beaches and the Gower peninsular.

Ground Floor

Reception: 2 sofas, a dining table and chairs, wooden flooring, and a feature fireplace with a wood burner and a flatscreen TV with DVD player.

Kitchen: Integrated fan assisted double oven, gas hob, a microwave, washing machine and a 'family size' freestanding fridge/freezer. 

First Floor

Bedroom 1: Double bed with Juliet balcony with plenty of storage.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds and wardrobes.

Bathroom: Bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.

Shower Room: Large shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.

External: The kitchen patio doors lead out onto a decking area with views to the sea, with steps down into the paved garden with garden furniture. The rear of the garden has access to the garage.

Sleeps 4: 1 Double, 1 Twin

C/O day - Sat. Gas CH. Wood burner. Bed linen & towels provided. WiFi. Garage parking to the rear. One well behaved dog accepted by prior arrangement. No smoking

Cottage inside fine, No view from living room window as cars parked outside right up to the other cottages, no way could anyone park there, cars always parked tightly outside the window. Situated up a steep hill, packed in with other cottages, no views at all. Garage parking was very tight and requires good skills and manouvering to get the car inRead more/out. Not a good experience when needing to go out in the car. A lot of decking to back of the cottage, gets slippery when it gets wet. Another H & S issue. Two two seater settees ion the cottage , one had an untidy throw over it, I think I counted 11 cushions which I had to move away to make room to sit comfortably. A delightful cottage, spotlessly clean, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. A real home from home. Parking can be a bit tight especially with a large car. Mumbles is a great place to stay. Lots of lovely places to eat, good selection of shops and ideally situated for exploring the glorious Gower. We had wall to wall sunshine all week, it wRead moreas even sometimes too hot to sit on the lovely decking. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. Hide

Well equipped, spacious cottage, conveniently situated in the heart of Mumbles Village, where you will find a host of lovely eateries and individual shops.

We would not book through holiday cottages again. The property was not clean when we arrived so we spent time cleaning everything before we could cook a meal. On the 2nd day the shower blew and started smoking whilst my husband was in in- this was not taken seriously by Holiday Cottages - very poor. We had previously stayed in this cottage many timRead morees without any issues- we would only recommend if not booked through Holiday Cottages. Hide

Beautiful property in a great location . Although parking outside is very tight. Good job there was the use of a garage . We have booked to return next year.

Lovely house, well placed for Mumbles front. Sadly cleanlyness let it down, we had a few issues. Parking a big issue, be carefully on him day, if you have to park away from the house, i had my wing mirror damaged . Loved Mumbles.

A well equipped convenient cottage with sea views from the kitchen patio and bedroom. Good location within walking distance of local shops and restaurants though the inclines may be difficult for the less able. On street parking very tight due to road width and I wouldnt even attempt the garage. Overall a good value option in a nice area.

Had a great holiday, cottage very clean, comfortable and well equipped. In great location for sea front and shops ,parking can be a little tricky as streets very narrow.

Great location in heart of village with access (hilly in parts) to all amenities and the lovely esplanade. Secluded, well-planted garden adds a touch of the exotic and the overlooking balcony is a real suntrap. Inside, the cottage caters for all needs, with the kitchen especially good.

We had a comfortable stay here, it was a quiet, clean, well-stocked, secure and relaxing base from which to explore Mumbles seafront and the beautiful Gower. T It was a lovely, relaxing, and, well-equipped cottage.

Lovely and spacious cottage in an excellent location, close to all amenities. Very well equipped with plenty of instructions on how appliances work, etc. We found a parking place further up the lane which was fine. A great spot for exploring The Mumbles, Swansea and surrounding places of interest.
