Lovely sea views can be enjoyed from this 2-bedroom apartment which benefits from an elevated position overlooking Langland Bay and the golf course. The apartment features a large sheltered balcony, half of which is enclosed creating a sun lounge, whilst the other half is open and ideal for alfresco dining.

From the apartment block there is a path with steps leading through the grounds to the beach although some visitors may prefer to drive or use the more conventional route. Langland Bay is a popular surfing spot and has plenty on offer with a choice of two beach side cafes, a restaurant bar, tennis, an 18 hole link golf course and two beautiful coastal path walks.

The apartment is accessed via a flight of 8 steps into the main building.

Accommodation

Lounge: Soft seating for 5 people, TV and DVD and a dining table with 4 chairs.

Kitchen: Ceramic hob, grill and oven and microwave, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. 

Master Bedroom: Double bed, drawer space and a mirror-fronted, double wardrobe. An armchair and access into the open part of the balcony.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds and storage space.

Bathroom: Bath with electric shower over, basin and a separate WC with basin.

Sleeps 4: 1 Double, 1 Twin

C/O day - Sat. Night storage heating system.  Bed linen & towels provided. WiFi. Off road parking for 1 car only. Sea views. No pets. No smoking

This will be our third stay in the apartment , and we love the panoramic views from the balcony and main bedroom. The walks along the cliff top towards either Mumbles one way or Caswell Bay the other, are very scenic , and Langland Bay is a lovely beach. We would have loved to see an improvement in the apartment since our last visit over 5 yeRead morears ago, but sadly this was not the case. With a little updating and TLC this has the potential for a 4 star rating ! Hide

The 180 degree view really is magnificent, and the apartment is spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. We used the car to get down to the beach, and the car park is reasonably priced, with plenty of spaces (in May). Very accessible walks in both directions, and good eateries.

It was our first stay at this flat at end of March, and it's super - the flat is spacious but cosy, the view over the bay is wonderful whether it's day or evening. Plenty of hot water - we used the booster for an hour before showers. We did a lot of coastal walking - the paths have been redone recently and are really good under foot. We dined at tRead morehe Brasserie for two nights - a bit pricey but it's well worth it - the service & food was amazing. Note that the local pub DOES NOT DO FOOD at all, ever despite what the outside signage and website say - it's a drinking pub, but very nice. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a relaxing beach view holiday - it's a little gem in Wales. Hide

We loved it here - the views really are amazing and really made our holiday! The apartment is a really good size and would easily house a group of 4 adults or a family. Plenty of hot water, lovely and clean, comfy beds, good size bathroom, easy parking. Its a few minutes drive into Mumbles so easy and cheap to get a taxi for an evening out, but awaRead morey from the huge crowds. Langland beach is beautiful, and had lifeguards while we were there, which felt very safe! Would highly recommend this apartment. Hide

Unbeatable location and base for beaches and localities. Not classified as a luxury property due to attention to detail as described above needed. Im sad to see it deteriorating from what was previously superb.

Great apartment which had everything you need including full sized fridge freezer. Very comfortable, stunning views straight out with both exposed and enclosed balcony to make the most of them. You can cut through using steps by the garages meant the beach is very quick to get to. Overall great place.

Lovely location, views are beautiful which can also be seen from the one bedroom as well, very relaxing . Plenty of hanging space. Spacious apartment, all you need for a comfortable holiday. Short walk down through short cut to beach.

Great location with views over the bay. Quite a steep walk up and down to the beach, but once there, great walks either side back to Mumbles or over to Caswell Bay. The Gower has lots of fine walks, and Mumbles and Swansea are within easy reach
