Clementine Cottage is a modern, disabled friendly, 3-bedroom holiday cottage located in the popular seaside village of Port Eynon, pet friendly and just a stone's throw away from the long sandy beaches of Port Eynon and Horton. The cottage has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard and has been awarded by Visit Wales with a well-deserved 5 star grading.

Designed and built with the visitor experience in mind, Clementine Cottage and its neighbouring cottages Apricot and Bramley cater perfectly for its guests with all the creature comforts of home with the luxury of having a beach, a popular seaside village with a successful restaurant, a welcoming pub and a tasty chip shop all on its doorstep.

Accommodation

Ground Floor

Bedroom 1 (with en suite wet room): King bed, dressing table, built-in wardrobes and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The large en suite wet room has a wash basin, WC with grab rail and a shower with a wall-mounted seat.

Cloakroom: WC and wash basin

Kitchen Area: Electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer.

Lounge: 3-seater sofa, 2-seater sofa and an electric powered adjustable chair. Solid wood furniture, flatscreen TV/DVD, CD player, payphone and an electric flame effect fire.

Dining Room: Table and chairs for 6 people with French doors leading out onto level garden.

First Floor

Bedroom 2: King bed, dressing table, built-in wardrobes, wall-mounted flatscreen TV and an en suite shower room with WC, wash basin and a shower cubicle.

Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, dressing table with wall-mounted TV, built-in wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with WC, wash basin and a bath with shower over.

External: To the front of the cottage there is parking for 2 cars and to the rear there is a fully secure, good-sized level garden with patio and lawned area complete with garden furniture.

We absolutely loved our stay at Clementine cottage. It was perfect for a family holiday with grandparents, parents and a 4 year old and a baby. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and presented to a high standard with quality furniture, exceptionally well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, lovely towels and bedding, quality cot and high chair. TRead morev and dvd player came in handy on two wet days. It was so convenient to walk to the beach less than 10 minutes away. We walked down every day even on our 2 wet and windy days. The coffee shop around the corner is very handy and serves fresh croissants and cakes and great coffee which was a treat. We also sampled the local fish and chips on the sea front and a local restaurant. Our grandson also enjoyed the small enclosed back garden where he could kick a ball around. Would thoroughly recommend it for a family holiday. Hide

Excellent cottage. Warm, comfy, and best of all, location. Only a few minutes from a wonderful beach. We had a wonderful stay!

A lovely place to spend with family. We had a great holiday. Great location, easy access to lots of beaches. Ample parking outside the property and a spacious and clean place to stay. Nice enclosed garden, great for the dog.

Clementine Cottage is a very comfortable and homely place to stay. We had everything we needed. The standard the owners have set is high and we appreciated that. The location is perfect for the beach and we found, after exploring other beaches, that we preferred Port Eynon.

A nicely located house. Very comfortable, warm and modern. Beach less than 5 mins. Dogs allowed on righthand section of beach all year round, and left section (and right) from Oct-May. Supermarket deliveries to the house. Space enough for 6.

Excellent location, fantastic accommodation in a quiet area. Close to the vibrant local pub and also a stones throw from the beautiful beach, which is totally safe for swimming! Would recommend a stay here.
