North Cliff View is a welcoming holiday home located within a short stroll of the heart of Swanage town. This versatile home offers families a homely base from which to explore the local area. From the house you can walk to the beach, the high street and Swanage Steam Railway train station.  With a good choice of shops, bars and restaurants so close by you have a lot to explore!

The property itself has been furnished to a good standard, the main living space on the ground floor is light, airy and open with feature floors and wall. The living space is on a raised area and benefits from a fireplace with stove. The dining area seats 6 and leads onto the well appointed and modern Kitchen. From the dining area are door onto the sunny garden with a decked alfresco dining space. There is also rear access from the back of the property to bring in bikes and sandy buckets & spades!

On the 1st floor are 3 bedrooms. The master to the front has an ensuite bathroom, views to North Cliff and Ballard Down and storage. The 2nd room is a bright double overlooking the courtyard and the 3rd is a spacious single. The main family shower room features a walk in shower, WC and basin.

The property lies within easy reach of the world heritage Jurassic coastline and many attractions such as Monkey World, Corfe Castle and Bovington Tank Museum. It is perfectly situated to take in the local scenery at Durlston Country Park and Studland.

We found the cottage generally clean and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. It's location is excellent, within walking distance of local amenities. Although there were vehicles parked outside the property, we managed to park our car near to the house during our stay.

Really comfortable, well equipped house 50 yards from a great pub! Walking distance to town and beach. Owners thought if everything.

Comfortable cottage in a good location, near the town and beach but just far enough away. Most impressed with Swanage, lots of pubs (Black Swans food was excellent and well priced) Restaurants, lovely walks all round, a good selection of shops, a beach perfect for kids (shallow) and lots of kids entertainment.

The cottage was ideally located to walk in to Swanage. It was comfortable and had everything that was needed.The Black Swan pub at the end of the road served great food but there was no room just to have a drink

Absolutely loved the location of the cottage. Only 5 minute walk into Swanage! Swanage pubs,cafes and some shops all except dogs , which was a plus for my family as we have a dog. Cottage was very clean. There was a bottle of wine , milk and other goodies to welcome us. Lovely touch. Thank you. Wasn't noisy at nighttime. Would definitely stay heRead morere again. Been coming to Swanage for 20 years . Love the area!! Hide

Wonderful week in North Cliff View, very comfortable and superb location. Great walks from the doorstep and shops just 5 minutes away on foot. Would love to stay again.
