Spectacular cottage in every sense. The attention to detail, the handmade kitchen and table, the welcoming log burner and deep oval bath, all complemented by an amazing location between the Snowdonia mountains and North Wales coast. Sea views from the grounds and on a clear day, you can even see the train going up Snowdon. Central to numerous golden beaches and castles as well as some of the best attractions in Wales, including Greenwood Family Park, ZipWorld and Portmeirion. Near Llanllyfni, it is also central to the popular towns of Caernarfon (8 miles), Cricieth (10 miles), Porthmadog (12.5 miles) and Pwllheli (16 miles). This is the place to enjoy North Wales in style.

Set on a working farm with tranquil surroundings, this 5 star cottage used to be the barn where 5 generations of the family would have previously milked the cows. As part of the Warm Welsh Welcome that you can expect, the family also run a successful bakery business from the farm, supplying cakes such as Bara Brith, Welsh Cakes and other tasty goodies to over 100 shops across North West Wales. You will get to sample some of these in your welcome basket, with the knowledge that if you like them, you can purchase more straight from the oven. You will also have a vineyard and brewery on your doorstep.

It was very nice and we had a great time! Really lovely to be on a farm especially in the spring to be able to enjoy the incredible view and the lambs. The owner was very hospitable and we enjoyed the cakes left at the cottage on our welcome! Its best described as a peaceful place to rest after a long day of adventure in the mountains.

We had a lovely week here. The weather wasn't on our side but we got out and about knowing that we were going home to a cosy, comfortable cottage each day. The location is lovely and we enjoyed listening to the baby lambs in the evenings!
