With prime positioning at the southern end of Aldeburgh's vibrant High Street and just a stone's throw from the beach, the yacht club, and a short walk to the Martello Tower, Cosy Cabin is ideal for your next stay in this wonderful seaside town on the Suffolk coast. Cosy Cabin is a modern ground floor apartment sleeping three guests, making it a perfect base for families, friends, and couples looking for a little extra space. With its own dedicated parking space, you can rest easy and explore the local area with ease.

You'll be welcomed into a cosy open plan living space which provides just the right amount of space for three guests and with a dining table and chairs situated towards the back of this room, it's ideal for bringing back some of Aldeburgh's renowned fish and chips on those more blustery days! Then it is through into the kitchen where you'll find a petite but practical space. The owner has ensured you have everything you need here for having a night in, but we won't blame you for wanting to try some of the lovely local restaurants!

Set out over the ground floor, Cosy Cabin is ideal for those who are looking for an accessible holiday apartment. There are two perfectly formed bedrooms - the master is set to the front of the apartment and is equipped with a king size bed and plenty of storage for your stay thanks to the built in wardrobes. Again, storage isn't compromised in the second bedroom which also benefits from a large built in wardrobe and this room hosts a single bed making the apartment ideal for a family of three. The bathroom is just along the hallway and consists of bath with overhead shower, WC and basin.

Aldeburgh's shingle beach is just around the corner or why not take a stroll along the Alde Estuary and truly take in the picturesque surroundings.

Coming along with a larger party or looking for accomodation for two separate parties? Then why not book Cosy Cabin alongside The Mast which sits above this property and offers great accommodation for four guests.

Cosy Cabin is a comfortable and practical option for your next getaway to Aldeburgh.  Beach: 250 yards Shop: 250 yards Pub: 250 yards.

Why We Love This Property: With dedicated parking and being set out over the ground floor this property has your ease in mind. The icing on the cake is that it's just a stone's throw from the shingle beach and the high street.

Very well maintained although agree with others that the mattress could do with updating.

My husband and I love Aldeburgh and find Coastguard Court an ideal location. We have stayed at No. 7 three times and No. 12 once. Right on the High Street, but at the quiet end of town. And with designated parking! Such a benefit.

On the positive side it is in an excellent location with private parking. However for this money I would expect a dishwasher. The washing machine could easily be located in the cupboard off the living room (like Aldeburgh Bolt Holt) and a dishwasher put in its place. Lace curtains or something need to be in the bedroom - we had painters all week Read morepainting outside and we felt very self conscious reading in bed with the blind up. The 'Welcome Pack' was a joke, a few sauces and milk in little sachets. What happened to the lovely welcome pack Suffolk Secrets used to provide? We still go all the way to Orford for the chocolate, think you have missed a trick. Hide

Location is good & parking , but nieghbours in flat above very noisy, & no garden but close to beach & shops, Mattress needs up dating in double room . Apart from that it was clean etc , good if you have issues with steps as all on one level being a ground floor flat.

4 star location and very handy parking. Accommodation OK but disappointing. Main bedroom bed very low, mattress very poor/badly stained, not much life in it and needs replacing asap. Single bedroom had a damp odour and bathroom needs attention ie; poor fitting toilet seat and shower head needs replacing. Sadly we would not stay again.
