A beautifully presented contemporary beach villa offering coastal views as well as a private Hot Tub.  An Idyllic coastal location on the edge of the popular seaside village of Westward Ho!  This small select development of high quality homes has private access to the adjoining Royal North Devon Golf Club, the oldest golf club in England, and the Northam Burrows Country Park, a Site of Special Scientific Interest and part of the North Devon Biosphere.  The famous pebble ridge backed sands, a popular beach for surfers and families alike is just a short walk as are all the amenities of this popular resort including a choice of pubs, restaurants, tea rooms and individual shops. 

This detached holiday home is spacious and designed to offer light and airy accommodation including a spacious open plan living space on the first floor to take advantage of the views.  This wonderful family space has a high apex ceiling and large windows including floor to ceiling bi-fold doors leading out onto a good sized balcony. Three attractive, good sized bedrooms are on the ground floor, two have ensuite facilities and bi-fold doors out to the patio where you can relax and enjoy time in the sheltered hot tub after a busy day in the surrounding area. The third bedroom has easy access to a family bathroom also on this level.  Westward Ho! is close to the pretty fishing village of Appledore and just a short scenic drive along the Atlantic Highway to the famous hillside village of Clovelly. 

This ideal location offers the opportunity for outdoor pursuits including surfing the Atlantic waves, walking the South West Coastal Footpath and cycling along the Tarka Trail that passes through the village. For those who are looking to experience a peaceful coastal holiday the huge expanse of sands, and the abundance of flora and fauna in the sand dunes, salt marsh and grass lands of Northern Burrows are all on your doorstep.

Beautiful house, great location, absolutely spotless clean. everything was provided to make our stay so comfortable. Lovely welcome gifts of roses, Devon cream tea and a bag of goodies I would definitely recommend you book this holiday home, we certainly will be returning next year

Lovely house, we had 3 adult couples staying. Plenty of room, cupboards and very well equipped with everything we needed , 2 bedrooms have en-suites and a main bathroom close to the 3rd bedroom. kitchen extremely well equipped with loads of glasses cutlery etc Outside area had plenty of space to accommodate all with the hot tub as an amazing aRead moreddition. Had a lovely stay at Coco Beach. First impressions were fabulous! Immaculate doesn't quite cover how spotless this place was - genuinely all felt brand new. It's also very light and airy and we appreciated the little treats left for us too - thank you! Position is good for exploring North Devon and down into Cornwall. In honesty you could have a fRead moreabulous week away even if you stayed within a 15 mile radius of the cottage - Westward Ho beach is great and the little town itself, Appledore for shops (and amazing crabbing for the littleys to enjoy!), Instow is lovely too and then into Hartland for the views and slight adrenaline rush of driving on tiny Devon roads! We know we haven't even scratched the surface of this fab area of the UK. Cottage is comfortable and well set out. I wouldn't say the "upside down" layout would suit all families but it is so light and airy. Position isn't bad, yes you can hear the road but the double glazing does a good job of blocking most of that out and it isn't bad at all overnight. The kitchen has everything you could need for cooking at home - all kitted out so well. The hot tub adds that special something too. Would recommend this as a place to stay and may be back in the future. Hide

This has to be head and shoulders above any other rental weve stayed in. To begin with , it was the cleanest place, there was not a single speck of dust anywhere. Our dog hides his toys in the most bizarre places, out of view of the human eye, and the place was immaculate. There was a vase of yellow roses on the table (nice personal touch) there waRead mores also dog treats and dog toys for our border terrier. The house was gorgeous. Who ever dressed the place has a good eye for design. Very modern but also very homely and comfortable. So much so that Ive taken lots of pics and John Lewis is going to be on our horizon to change our own home. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need - ever! Outside didnt disappoint either, hot tub, BBQ and lovely patio area and furniture. The house was so nice it kind of made us forget that it did back on to a bit of a noisy road. Not a problem if you were inside, but when the weather is as nice as it was when we were there, not being used to road noise where we live it was a bit annoying but it was something we did get used to. Its in a great area to explore Devon and we went to our usual haunt one day to Padstow. Westwood Ho! was not our vibe at all but thats just us. Some people will love it, but there are lots of places to eat outside the immediate area. Hide

The holiday home was amazing!!! It was a home from home with the bonus of a beautiful setting. They had thought of every little detail. Our dog very much appreciated the dogs buscuits and I appreciated not having to visit shops for all the usual house hold stuff required when we are self catering so I could just relax and enjoy!!! Such a beautiful house. Waking up hearing the sea was great. House was spotlessly clean. All 3 bedrooms are great sizes. The 2 with king size beds have bi-fold doors straight out into the garden.
