A beautifully presented contemporary beach villa offering coastal views as well as a private Hot Tub.  An Idyllic coastal location on the edge of the popular seaside village of Westward Ho!  This small select development of high quality homes has private access to the adjoining Royal North Devon Golf Club, the oldest golf club in England, and the Northam Burrows Country Park, a Site of Special Scientific Interest and part of the North Devon Biosphere.  The famous pebble ridge backed sands, a popular beach for surfers and families alike is just a short walk as are all the amenities of this popular resort including a choice of pubs, restaurants, tea rooms and individual shops. 

This detached holiday home is spacious and designed to offer light and airy accommodation including a spacious open plan living space on the first floor to take advantage of the views.  This wonderful family space has a high apex ceiling and large windows including floor to ceiling bi-fold doors leading out onto a good sized balcony. Three attractive, good sized bedrooms are on the ground floor, two have ensuite facilities and bi-fold doors out to the patio where you can relax and enjoy time in the sheltered hot tub after a busy day in the surrounding area. The third bedroom has easy access to a family bathroom also on this level.  Westward Ho! is close to the pretty fishing village of Appledore and just a short scenic drive along the Atlantic Highway to the famous hillside village of Clovelly. 

This ideal location offers the opportunity for outdoor pursuits including surfing the Atlantic waves, walking the South West Coastal Footpath and cycling along the Tarka Trail that passes through the village. For those who are looking to experience a peaceful coastal holiday the huge expanse of sands, and the abundance of flora and fauna in the sand dunes, salt marsh and grass lands of Northern Burrows are all on your doorstep.

A stylish, comfortable holiday home. Furnished well with everything we needed and more. Lovely seating areas on the balcony, in the garden and in the lounge. We loved our stat.

The holiday home was amazing!!! It was a home from home with the bonus of a beautiful setting. They had thought of every little detail. Our dog very much appreciated the dogs buscuits and I appreciated not having to visit shops for all the usual house hold stuff required when we are self catering so I could just relax and enjoy!!! Such a beautiful house. Waking up hearing the sea was great. House was spotlessly clean. All 3 bedrooms are great sizes. The 2 with king size beds have bi-fold doors straight out into the garden. Hot tub was such a great extra. We all loved Westward Ho. Beautiful sunsets. Would definitely recommend and would love to visit again. Would also recommenRead mored visiting Woolacombe & Ilfracombe. Beautiful house, very comfortable, modern and well equipped. Felt very homely. Roomy enough for 6 adults, 2 large dogs and a baby. Highly recommended.

This property is excellent - spotlessly clean, on a nice quiet estate not too far from the lovely walks of the Northam Downs and beach. The estate is quite new and seems to be mainly holiday lets. It does have a main road behind it but you only tend to hear this if outside. The house has everything - you literally only need take your food and toileRead moretries. The garden and hot tub are especially lovely - I would definitely visit this property again. The weather definitely helped as we had a lovely week for April - so could enjoy sitting out on the patio set and used the hot tub every day. Walkable to town where there are some lovely places to eat - but the house is so comfortable and welcoming, its nice just to stay in and chill. Hide

Proper 5* luxury! Everything thought of, down to dishwasher pods, pegs, we didnt go without at all! Extremely comfortable stay- even with miserable weather the styling and luxury inside coupled with hot tub kept us in good spirits! Lovely stay!

Superb property, very clean, excellently equipped. We were 3 generations and enjoyed the space. Our youngest were teenagers and it worked well.
