Outer Bias is set in a truly stunning location perhaps one of the finest in Croyde, enjoy uninterrupted sea views from the beautiful garden which are truly breath-taking.  A private gateway from the garden leads to the beach path giving access to the horseshoe bay, renowned for its surf and golden sands.  For little ones enjoy rock pooling at low tide.  This traditional family home is a refuge for relaxation.

The property is set back off the road with a private entrance.  The gardens surrounding the property are level and mainly lawned with patio areas to the back and front, so weather dependent you can choose your position for relaxing with that morning cup of coffee.

This family home has been lovingly cared for and has been owned by the same family for over 30 years, although traditional in style offers cosy and comfortable accommodation. 

The kitchen provides everything you might need for your family gathering and ideal for the youngest members of the family in the morning with breakfast at the table.  You have a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and separate downstairs WC. 

The sea views provide an ideal backdrop for a family celebration or just a gathering for lunch in the dining room with its eclectic mix of furniture.

The separate sitting room is large and has ample comfortable seating, this leads through to the snug area which leads out to the main front garden, this room provides the perfect tranquil space for reading, with the doors wide open let in the coastal breeze or just sit and listen to the waves crashing and listen to the shrill of seabirds.

You have two bedrooms on the ground floor one twin and one double with sea views and both have access to the jack and jill bathroom with electric shower attachment over the bath, washbasin and WC.

Take the staircase to the main landing and enter through to the master bedroom a delightful spacious room with built in wardrobe, super-king bed and views out to sea!

Second sitting area with two settees and unrivalled sea views perfect for getting away from it all. 

The last bedroom provides a zip n link option of a super-king or twin on request also a further single bed for a child, en-suite bathroom with electric shower attachment over the bath, washbasin and WC.

Outside you have parking for 3 – 4 cars and storage for surfboards, bikes and wetsuits.  Within a short level walk you can access the village of Croyde via the beach or main road with a path, which boasts some excellent pubs and eateries also an array of shops with surfboard hire or lessons for keen water enthusiasts.

Bedroom 4: 3 Single beds, two of which can be converted to Super-king on request, sea views, en-suite bathroom, bath with electric shower attachment, washbasin and WC.

Snug Room.  Area with comfortable sofas, large selection of books and sea views.

Parking: Private parking for up to 3/4 cars depending on size.

Garden/Patio: Mature gardens with patio areas and garden furniture.  Barbecue supplied.

Outer Bias is uniquely placed by the sea, with a wonderful view over the bay. The beach is approached via the garden gate and some stairs.

This is our third year staying at Outer Bias. We really enjoyed our holiday and have already booked to return next year. The location is perfect and the house is comfortable, spacious and has everything we need.

An amazing position overlooking beautiful Croyde Bay. Outer Bias is comfortable and very well equipped. A perfect holiday house.

Outer Bias was well equipped and comfortable. The location is second to none. We have already booked for next year.
