This modern contemporary newly renovated beach chalet is just minutes away from the superb surfing beach of Croyde and the pretty village with its choice of shops, restaurants and pubs. For those that enjoy walking visit the National Trust owned headland of Baggy Point with its dramatic vistas and rugged cliffs. Further along the coast you will find equally beautiful beaches at Woolacombe and Putsborough, and for the keen walkers and nature lovers Exmoor National Park is only 30 minutes drive.

The property is stylish and light with its open plan living space providing a warm atmosphere with the underfloor heating.  Enter through the front door into a porch area and then to the open plan kitchen with its bright white modern units and green glass splashback, integrated fridge/freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The breakfast bar adds a handy extension to the oak dining suite which has modern industrial lighting above.  The lounge area provides two sofas a Smart TV with Freeview and X BOX 360, there is also a dimplex electric wood burner effect fire to give warmth in those winter evenings. There are three bedrooms, Bedroom one with Kingsize bed, Smart TV and patio doors to rear decked area.  Bedroom two with zip n link 2'6" beds which can be made into a King size bed with prior notice and Smart TV. Bedroom three with single. The family bathroom has a square ended bath with shower over, washbasin and WC and heated towel radiator.

Outside there is a hot shower perfect for washing down after a day’s surfing, a small private decked area with garden furniture.

Nice comfortable cottage and perfect for the beach and walks for the dog and pub,, great pub called the thatch great atmosphere and food., comfortable beds and nice towels and shower, we managed to park 2 cars on the drive easy.must bring more toilet roll if more than 2 people as only given 1 for 4 guest. Kitchen facilities are great with washing Read moremachine and dishwasher, need to bring washing machine liquids as not supplied. Outdoor shower was great to wash the dog and sand from equipment we took to the beach Over all a great little cottage and we had a fantastic time and the dog was very much at home we felt safe and it was very homely. Location is great, spacious light & airy accommodation. Located in a cul-de-sac is perfect only a short walk from the beach and coastal walks, local shops, pubs and amenities would tempt us back to the area. Parking is fine, outside shower very for a post swim rinse. Hose pipe a great addition when shampooing a sea drenched pooch. Our second time at Pipedream and another wonderful week. The accommodation is perfect for the two of us and our Cockapoo, clean, comfortable and perfect for a walk to the beach or into town. We will be back next year!

This property is equipped & fitted out to a high standard. Its location is ideal for beach and coastal walks. There is an excellent stocked village shop/post office. However the utmost care is needed to negotiate the narrow driveway, but we would definitely stay there again.

Very modern small house in a great location. A short walk along to the end of the road and a couple of lanes and youre on the beach. House is well equipped with facilities,TVs in rooms, nice kitchen, WiFi. Parking is for one car only on the drive. Getting onto the drive is very tight between the brick gate posts so if youre nervous about parkiRead moreng forget it. A clean, comfortable and well equipped property in a quiet location. Given the British weather its important to us to have a comfortable place to relax until the sun comes out again.
