Newly-built in 2019 to a high specification and incorporating ground source heating and modern styling, Longitude 5° W sits nestled on the hill overlooking a stunning ocean vista that is joyful to watch whatever the weather. The house is flooded with natural light and the generous room proportions ensure a feeling of space and grandeur. A complete wall of full-height sliding doors from the open-plan living area lead out to the glass-fronted balcony where you will gather to marvel at the view and watch the sun setting over the bay. The crisp white décor works as a canvas for colourful artwork and soft furnishings mixed with contemporary furniture pieces. Underfloor heating on the lower level ensures your comfort and two luxurious bathrooms provide great facilities for all.

This house is built into the hill just above the aptly named Cliff Road in a perfect location for a short stroll to access the range of high-quality dining options available locally. If you enjoy fresh seafood or a scrummy cream tea, then you haven’t got far to go. Indeed, you can pop across the road and feast on home-cooked pub food and locally brewed ales at the friendly Atlantic Inn. Access to the South West Coast Path is along Loe Bar Road and this route ensures spectacular views out across Mount's Bay. Porthleven is large enough to cater for the holidaymakers who fall in love with it to return time and again, whilst also retaining the character of an unspoilt fishing village, with its huge granite harbour and pier and famous clock tower. This is an ideal base for exploring the fantastic range of beaches on the south coast along with the picturesque Lizard Peninsula whilst also taking in some of the popular, family-friendly attractions nearby.

Wow what a stunning place, it has it all. Not too far up the hill to be a problem, car parking for 2 cars (not always easy in Porthleven), spectacular views of the sea and it is modern, clean and bright. We needed a winter break and it was perfect to relax in and watch the waves.

Such a super holiday home, the views are mesmerising and so much space for little ones to spread out and play. Sitting on the balcony watching the surfers, the big waves and sunsets . We would love to return and we have fallen in love with Porthleven.
