Indeed, you can pop across the road and feast on home-cooked pub food and locally brewed ales at the friendly Atlantic Inn. Access to the South West Coast Path is along Loe Bar Road and this route ensures spectacular views out across Mount's Bay. Porthleven is large enough to cater for the holidaymakers who fall in love with it to return time and again, whilst also retaining the character of an unspoilt fishing village, with its huge granite harbour and pier and famous clock tower. This is an ideal base for exploring the fantastic range of beaches on the south coast along with the picturesque Lizard Peninsula whilst also taking in some of the popular, family-friendly attractions nearby.
