We had a wonderful week, the cottage was perfect. It had everything you needed in the kitchen and it had a lovely space outside. Sarah was a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome. It was only a short walk to the village to the shop, pub and playground.

Access to the cottage is down a lane which is in an exceptionally bad condition with potholes along the whole lane. Made for unpleasant driving. That said, the cottage is lovely, in a peaceful location, but certainly needs the cooker updated.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stable Cottage. The owner, Sarah, was friendly and helpful and the cottage was homely and comfortable. It felt a special place with its own garden and pond (complete with duck and ducklings) and the swimming pool was ideal for relaxing after a day's sightseeing.
