High-quality, affordable two-bedroom flat situated just a few hundred yards from Scarborough's Esplanade and Cliff Lift. Starfish has high-ceilings, large windows and tasteful decoration and furnishings which create a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere. The beautiful flat takes up the first floor of a lovely Edwardian red-brick building. Views from all aspects are open and pleasing... with a glimpse of the South Bay from the lounge. Only a short walk to the Esplanade with fantastic views of Scarborough harbour and the South bay.  Going further afield it is only a short drive to the wide open spaces of the North York Moors National Park with plenty of walks and beautiful views on offer.

On entering the building, you ascend one and a half flights of carpeted stairs to reach Starfish.

Open Plan Lounge/Diner: Two leather sofas, coffee table, Stylish fireplace with wooden mantle and cast iron surround ( not for use) glass dining table and four chairs, flat screen Smart TV on stand, DVD and CD, spotlight lamp, shelf unit, large bay window offering a glimpse of the sea.
Kitchen: Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric oven with ceramic hob and hood over, washer dryer, microwave, breakfast bar and stools.
Inner Hall: Large walk in storage cupboard for coats and luggage
Bedroom One: King-size bed, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, two bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers, dressing table, storage box
Bedroom Two: Two single beds, bedside cabinet with lamp, wardrobe
Bathroom: Bath with shower attachment on taps and also an electric shower over, wash hand basin, WC, heated towel rail

Exceeded expectations. Spacious, spotless, well equipped, surprising range of consumables, comfortable beds and well positioned. I originally chose this flat because it claimed it had a washer/dryer, however it only had a washer, but this did not spoil my stay. I will stay here again.

Absolutely amazing apartment, so much room. The bed is enormous and comfortable. Every bit of cutlery etc you could ever need in the kitchen. Lovely to be able to sit and relax in the evening after a busy day out with sky tv. The esplanade is just down the bottom of the street and public transport at the top. Loved our stay here, wish it had bRead moreeen for longer. Hide

Lovely Victorian apartment, high ceilings, bay window with lovely sea glimpses and on a lovely street. Didn't hear any neighbours all week. Clean everywhere. The lounge is a lovely room to spend time in. Thank you!
